Went here for a works Christmas party and it was so amazing the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was wonderful. Totally recommend.

It had been about two years since I last visited Boston Pizza in Cornwall, and unfortunately this experience reminded me why. My husband and I stopped in for appetizers and drinks during happy hour. The menu clearly advertises premium draft beer for $7 and domestic beer for $6. We ordered Stella and Guinness on tap and were charged $12.59 per beer ā two each. Nowhere on the menu does it state that these two tap beers are excluded from the happy hour pricing. If certain beers are not included, that should be clearly disclosed on the menu or communicated by the server at the time of ordering. That responsibility matters. This lack of transparency was disappointing, and as a result, it will likely be another two years before I return.

My rant for the day. Went to have Sunday afternoon drinks and apps. We ask for the happy hour menu that ends at 5 pm and all to find out a Stella beer and Guinness or a 9 onze glass of wine is not part of the promotion when time to pay. You would think after asking for the happy hour menu the waiter would of clued us in these items are not included ???? And to find out a 6 onze glass of wine qualifies but not a 9 onze. And all beers qualify except the 2 we had. No where on the menu does it disqualify certain drinks...

Just went in for dinner! Kinod was our server and he made our night and our daughters! It was her birthday and he made sure to go above and beyond! It's super nice these days to get great service! Food was good and what we ordered, and my alcoholic twisted rocket was delicious!

I ordered through DoorDash at 12:30 and it says you guys stop taking orders at 12:40 and then I got my order confirmed by you guys and then it was cancelled at 12:50. Iād rather you just not confirm the order in the first place. Shit service

Went in with my wife for their 20 minute lunch special. After ordering we waited for over 40minutes for a burger and some chicken tacos. When I asked the server what was up I was offered excuses rather then an apology. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Had supper at Boston Pizza and it was just amazing. There was a fundraiser happening so some young hockey players were part of the staff. It was a fun time and service was great. Even though it was so busy we never had to wait for anything. Our food was excellent. We had the Philly cheese steak..highly recommend.
Second time we have tried this chain.first time in Sudbury. Both times we ordered cauliflower crust vegetarian. Both times, we got a regular crust. Zero taste..Absolutely no sauce on pizza. Never again Boston pizza dead to me..
