Ordered the Large Kafta Kebab bowl With pita.To go. I even left a tip. Got to my destination to eat it. No pita and only 1 kebab? Not very happy Sorry .It’s too bad because I love the food. Not sure I’m willing to go back. And if I do I will definitely have to check the order before I leave.

Stopped in for takeout after having been at a movie at the Galaxy theatre across from the Eastcourt mall. It was Saturday around 9 pm so we were the only two apart from the staff. Friendly greeting the front staff who answered my questions about the sauces and fillings.
Had seen the “daily $12.99 special with beverage” poster on the outside window before coming in and decided to try that, the Saturday “mixed combo”. I thought it was a Shwarma & potatoes combo, which it was, but the meat was already decided, being thin slices chicken & beef which made for easy chewing & eating.
This was my second and my husband’s first time ordering at Boustain. Atmosphere was pleasant, bright & clean. Food was tasty and the Shwarmas were stuffed full. Reheated them and the potatoes at home at 350 in the air fryer for about 5 min, minus the paper wrap. Pita was flaky crisp at top, but held together well.
A filling meal but didn’t leave you feeling over stuffed. I was surprised I could eat it all, it filled the plate. Total was about $29 with tax.

The food is good, and the staff is patient. They were helpful with my order, and they have some awesome vegan options.
The only problem is that the service is god awful, like next level slow. We were the only ones in the store, yet it felt like we had an entire church of people order before us.
I want to come here again so bad, but the pain of waiting so damn much is very excruciating and scary to me. Please help!
I tried to order a Byblos bowl and the employee said she didn’t know how to make it. I asked if their kefta was spicy and she said she didn’t know. Good indicates the store closed at 10, we ordered at 930 and they told us we couldn’t sit to eat, so we left.

I ordered two chicken pita combos and asked for harissa sauce in both pitas. They told me it was added, but it turned out to be the medium sauce—not the actual harissa I requested. When I asked again, the staff responded in another language and ended up adding harissa to only one of the pitas.
I also ordered potatoes and asked for just a small amount of harissa on both portions. The staff member refused, saying the sauce might touch the cap of the potato container, which seemed like an unnecessary reason not to honor a simple request.
Also, be aware: if you're going for the menu of the day deal, you have to specifically mention it when ordering. Otherwise, they’ll charge you full price, even if you're ordering the same items.
The overall experience was confusing and frustrating. The service lacked clear communication and basic flexibility. I don’t recommend this place.
