Got amazing service from a very pleasant and patient young lady who I witnessed being treated rudely and unreasonably by a woman who in my opinion had received the same wonderful service as I but no matter what the poor young lady tried to do to please the woman it was in vain. She was very " entitled" self- important and downright rude and impolite to the poor young lady who somehow managed to keep her " cool" and remain very professional and pleasant. It was very impressive, I hope you can figure out about whom I'm speaking,I wish I had gotten her name. It was at approximately 1:45 on Tuesday May 14th at the 2nd Ave, Cornwall restaurant. She should be commended for her outstanding service and professionalism, Burger King is very fortunate to have her on staff

Not sure what changed. Burgers didn't taste flame broiled. Almost tasted fishy. Grease need to be changed, fries were brown and tasted like old oil. Wondering if burger King stop making burgers the same way any more.

Service was really nice and polite, it seemed like they were doing their job while having a good time, overall it added to a good atmosphere. The place was pretty much clean aswell.The food is decent, the meat is burger king quality and the cheese was alright, buns were fine too alongside the fries tasting really good.One minor complaint; I personally order the king bacon and each time I've ordered, the bacon is uncooked alongside very fat. So when I eat the burger it drags along and becomes very chewy.

Went through drive threw, and interact machine was acting up. Was going to pay cash, the lady said she still had to wait for machine to load. I said by then my food will be cold. The manger grabed the food with Disgusting bad face, I said never mine keep your food. Than I called to make a.complaint. unfortunately she answered. Ask if there was someone higher up? She told this Corporation good luck. Very unprofessional. Will not buy there ever again.
