My experience at this Burger King was absolutely unacceptable. The girl working at the front counter had one of the worst attitudes her name is Gurajania Chahaun I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate properly. It was clear she had no interest in helping customers or doing her job professionally. I was shocked by how carelessly she handled the order — no greeting, no thank you, and an irritated tone throughout. When I tried to ask a question, she completely ignored me and turned away mid-conversation. That’s not how you treat paying customers. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire restaurant. Management needs to step in immediately and provide proper training because experiences like this drive customers away. I left extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

Had an amazing experience at Burger King on Brookdale Cornwall! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly that instantly made me feel welcome. One team member in particular (a bald gentleman, didn't catch his name) stood out with his energy and positivity. He was not only helping his team with great enthusiasm, but also engaging with customers in such a fun way. He greeted me with the King crown and a big smile, and even suggested the $5 Value Meal, which was a fantastic deal!
The whole vibe felt uplifting and memorable - Truly a 10/10 experience. Big thanks to the team for making my visit special.
P.s. A little renovation will help to boost the experience

Time to refurbish this location very old ,tired, dirty windows inside & out. Would I ho back, probably not or at least not until it's remodeled and clean. Empty the garbage more regularly!

We ordered a bacon king burger combo with a milkshake & a cheeseburger combo with a milkshake I don't know if we are on rations or something because the burger patties are so thin like less than half an inch thick you might as well order a burger without the patty because the patty is so thin you don't even taste it we used to love going to burger king but now we don't want to waste our money on a burger that you can't even taste we would have given burger king a 5 star rating but now they don't even deserve 1 star we are very disappointed with the way burger king is now

Rude staff was a guy that picked up the call and hanged up on me, when trying to tell them their website isn't processing my order as soon as I tell them this they hang up on me and then when I make attempts to call back they don't answer!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !!!! The worst ever , large onion rings half full , and 2 poutines with hardly any gravy. Unfortunately I’ll have to go else where for better portions and pride in food preparation !!! I hear Harvey’s is pretty good unfortunately King you advocated your throne !!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: This is so run down the staff is not nice i think it is rude that they talk to each other in their language they speak english and when you are working or serving a customer it should be english spoken and for god sakes smile it is free and yes we miss the best manager Kevin when will he be back that is when we will be back
