I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location branch on [17 dec]. I attempted to use a coupon code from the Burger King mobile app while ordering a Whopper combo. Despite trying multiple valid coupons from the app in front of the staff, they were unable to process the codes.
At other Burger King locations, when such issues arise, staff have been accommodating and manually applied the discount. However, the employees at this location made no effort to resolve the issue and simply stated, “we can’t do it.” This lack of willingness to assist left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
I expect better customer service from a trusted brand like Burger King. I hope this matter is addressed with the staff at this location to ensure future customers don’t experience similar treatment.

Friendly service hot food, this part is an update the service in the morning is horrible will never spend money at this location again , its a shame because the evening and lunch staff are very good as a trucker its to bad because i'm at this truck stop pretty regular

Went and got a mushroom melt and a cotton candy milkshake.... the mushroom melt wasn't bad but the cotton candy milkshake wasn't that great I heard one of the new employees say the machine isn't working then the manager comes over makes the shake but the way he made the milkshake was kinda uncalled for he opened the top of the machine where u put the ice milk in he scooped it with a cup put it into the shake then added ice cream and stirred it I've worked in fast food that was not cool if the machine isn't working tell the customer and offer a refund don't take the ice milk from the top of the machine and make the shake!

Stopped by for a burger. This is the best Burger King Ive seen in a very long time it’s very clean and very good service. I would definitely do a detour to eat at this location.

My one and only complaint here is the drive thru. Every time I come and someone is ahead. I gotta wait until their order is finished at window before the attendant is able to take my order. Why have a drive thru if only going to serve 1 person at a time?
I walked in , and the employee in the black turban had his finger stock in to his nose , and he was looking for the treasure, that made me think-changed my mind . Walked away it’s disgusting.
