Wonderful food and always fresh quality but….if I could make a suggestion in regards to how you guys market your soup on Skip the dishes, DoorDash, Uber eats, etc. as my partner is currently hospitalized due to an allergic reaction from your soup. if we would’ve known what kind of soup it was prior to purchasing and eating, we may not have even purchased it to begin with, and he may not be sitting in the hospital. After a gluten free meal of soup and a BLT at the restaurant I felt some discomfort.
I later enquired by phone whether they cut their gluten free bread on a separate machine from that used to cut non gluten free bread and was informed they only had one cutting machine so used it to cut all their bread..
So cross contamination is a danger.
