Service was slow.They were out of chocolate soft ice cream in machine so had to wait 10 minutes for it to reach temperature to be served but still too soft which I had to eat fast. For a medium at other Dairy Queens, this location was serving very small portions and some staff were not trained on how to fill a cone with ice cream properly!
Parking: Location in a corner of intersection which is hard to get in and out of. Tight parking area.

We went in on Nov. 26th late lunch after two appt. First off, exceptional greeting and service, friendly, happy young gals. Food was hot, fresh, fast service. Rare these days! 😁👍
Shout out to the Manager, Joseph. I was originally intending to suggest this employee recieve an employee of the month, and made a point to look for his name. Not sure if managers are allowed that, but he certainly deserves the recognition.

Had supper with grand kids and wife. That was all good. Then I went up to get myself a dessert. Peanut buster parfait. Said I wanted cherry flavor instead of chocolate and no penuts just strawberry flavor instead wanted to charge me extra. Never has this ever happen over 30 plus year. You just lost a full time customer shame on you DQ

Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets with one side being a poutine. Didn’t get the poutine. I don’t live close so didn’t go back especially since they didn’t give a receipt. Very disappointing and a waste of money to upgrade without the upgrade. The strips were also quite small.
Husband and I went for a quick meal. We weren't sure what was included on a certain burger. The young man, I believe his name was Zoey, was so professional and accommodating. He actually took the time to inform us exactly what the difference was between two burgers. This may not seem like a big deal. It was, it really was exceptional customer service.

Was just in there this evening and it was so busy, must have been 12 staff working and no one standing around. It ran smoothly and everyone was very friendly. Despite the rush I watched as they even wiped down drinks before putting them in trays. I was only in there about 10 minutes and was honestly impressed with how well everything ran.
