Placed an online order after hockey game to pickup on way home at 5:40 pm got there asked if order was ready at 6pm, was told it’s cooking, 6:25 pm was told order was cancelled and I wasn’t notified, said it’s company policy to call my cell before processing orders. It’s no where on the site. I was driving and they want me to answer phone call which I never received anyway.

Honestly they actually listen I gotta give props and honest to the max I called "how long will my food be for pick up buddy said 15 mins be here in 10 I showed up in 10 and was hot out the oven and we'll.done as I asked for good people clean place and no one looks dirty

Called to inquire about the website as I couldn’t choose chicken wings without sauce, he processed to take my order and I gave my address, he then proceeded to say there wasn’t an order, this was an hour later.

I had the worse experience, food and customer service ever!!! I ordered just an Alfredo pasta for delivery and a long while later the driver came parked infront of my house, sat there for a long while then drove off!?!?! so I called the store and told them what happened and the lady on the phone said she was going to call the driver to see what was going on and then put me on hold. After being on hold the lady goes and tells me that the driver ended up knocking at the door and said nobody was home? I told the lady on the phone that the driver is lying and that he never came to my door he just sat in his car, I told her I was literally watching him from my window waiting for him to come so I can pay and get my food. Then the lady ends up saying okay I’ll call him back and tell him to go back. After that I waited about 15 min but still no driver. So I called them back again! And it was the lady again and I asked her is the driver coming back? But then she starts acting all confused, so I knew right away she never called him back. I then asked her if she can please call the driver so I can have my order and what the heck was going on with this driver?!?!? But this is where it gets really weird and stupid. The lady goes and tells me a different story then the one she said before. She tries to tell me that the order never went to my place??? even tho she told me on the last phone call the driver left my house because no one was there even tho I saw him lie through his teeth and just sit infront of my house then proceeded to drive away. What the heck! it was just one lie after the other from the driver and the store and I don’t understand why. The lady on the phone finally said they will send another driver with my order after that confusing convo with all the lies. but when I finally got my food and had my first bite it was so gross I couldn’t even eat it, it was super sour and even smelt sour!!!!! I don’t know if the sauce was bad or they ended up putting a super sour sauce that does not belong on it. One things for sure I’m never ordering from this place again. This is not the first time they did something like this but this time it was the worse. Disrespectful staff that lie to customer for no reason and horrible customer service and bad food that was not made properly.
