Did not honor the text offer we received for buy 1 get for a $1. Told me corporate did not update their system to accept the offer. Told me to call coperate and talk to them. When we asked for management or the owners' contact information, they said they dont have it. I am very disappointed they did not even try to help resolve the problem. I'm going to try Papa John's

The pizza is what you'd expect, my son loves it. Atmosphere is weird. You walk in and drivers or whoever just sit and stare at you. Found it awkward.

I like this kind of pizza, so I'm very pleased.
The space is nice and clean, and there is a bench to sit at where you can see a screen listing orders.
My only complaint is the location. No good consistant parking options. Sometimes you can park on the street, but I often have to park behind the church and walk up. It's not that far, but worse than other places. Except maybe Papa John's, even less parking space there.

Literally had to direct your delivery driver for 10 mins via telephone, because he simply could not enter the four digits of our house number (in the correct order), into his navigation system.
When I asked “do you not have navigation” the drivers answer: “the nav took me to the wrong place”……..ummm no, YOU repeatedly entered our house number incorrectly, so it brought you to the address YOU entered.
The order taker had confirmed our address and order 3 times before the order was finalized. The order was later reconfirmed by the general manager to be correct.
To add insult to injury, we were then made to carry the food ourselves, IN THE DELIVERY BAGS, down our 50 foot driveway, to then unpack the bags ourselves. Then, the cherry on top? Our order was wrong, and all of the pizzas that WERE correct were burnt.
To their credit, they said that they would replace some of the food, but it would be a “while” before it arrived because they were “busy”. Said food arrived 40 mins later, and was again way overcooked, albeit, accurate.
Perhaps you’d be less busy if you bothered to check orders before they went out, or check addresses more carefully, when entering them in your navigation system. Also, maybe don’t leave every pizza in the oven for so long that they burn, perhaps you wouldn’t be as backlogged then?
Very disappointing.

Placed an online order after hockey game to pickup on way home at 5:40 pm got there asked if order was ready at 6pm, was told it’s cooking, 6:25 pm was told order was cancelled and I wasn’t notified, said it’s company policy to call my cell before processing orders. It’s no where on the site. I was driving and they want me to answer phone call which I never received anyway.

Chicken Alfredo pizza, BBQ Chicken pizza and Feta & Spinach bread 👌🏼perfection!! All three items were well done looked mouth watering when we opened the boxes. Fast delivery, rarely disappoint.
I ordered a pan pizza with alfredo but it was way to over filled with alferdo that i can not even eat that and also pizza was not cut properly at the end i have to garbage that what is this behaviour

Honestly they actually listen I gotta give props and honest to the max I called "how long will my food be for pick up buddy said 15 mins be here in 10 I showed up in 10 and was hot out the oven and we'll.done as I asked for good people clean place and no one looks dirty
