I, have been coming here since my pre-teen years. I, have never ever had issues with any of the staff, there always so helpful, smiling, welcoming. I, even get there delivery service, there always nice, never rude. Anyways, I give yea's 10 stars even though theres only five here for it..

This place is the difference between large corporate stores vs home town shops. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even heard a few funny jokes…what a bonus. Night and day from what you would experience in Toronto. Loving Cornwall living.

My wife and I went to this location trying to find out why she received a call about a prescription. These ladies took the time to find out what pharmacy had called (as we thought it was them but wasn't) and had them fax the prescription over so we could take it to Walmart. Fantastic service!

So I was standing in line at the pharmacy last week and the woman at the counter, I think her name was Shereen, was berating this young man in front of all of us. I don't know if she was having a bad day but what she was saying to this young man was unacceptable. There were at least 6 of us in line at the time and she was very insulting. I will be changing pharmacies as if the management thinks this is acceptable, I don't want anything to do with them. Shame on you. Wish I could give lower than one star.

I have been going here for years. It’s easy (being its RIGHT by the bus stops) and the pharmacists rate always so nice. Even today, they didn’t have the medication my prescription ( they ran out and needed more from shoppers) so the pharmacist offered to go pick it up for me. I told her it was alright but it was a struggle to come back later so they delivered it to me once they had it.

I was new to Cornwall and this pharmacy and all its staff could not have been nicer to me. Not only did they help me with all my prescriptions they also helped me figure my way around the city. They were very kind and compassionate. When I experienced side effects from a generic they gave me, they listened and ordered one I wouldn't have side effects with. I have nothing but admiration for these fine people.

Hi do not have any problems with this place good luck. The Pharmist will tell you if you are not happy with the service that she will move your stuff some were else like move your business some were else we don't care. Wow this is deplorable business practice. This was the most rudest pharmist I have ever delt with just outright rude and ignorant to the customer. I am glad I have moved on service like this you might as well have no service. How do you stay in business with a bad attitude like that. Wow deplorable. A friend of mine just had the same problem and has put a major complaint in to the head office. All I can say is if you want rude ignorant service then go here if you want real true professional customer service then go some were else. This place is worse then Shopper drugmart
