Now first time I had a problem here, I ordered a kids burger meal with everything on the burger except hot peppers and burger came with mustard ketchup and dill pickle. Again will repeat 1st time this happened normally their great.

The waiting time here is unbearable. The reason is very clear – there is a serious lack of staff. One poor girl (with blond hairs) is doing everything by herself: she takes all the orders, prepares every sandwich, hands out orders for Uber Eats and DoorDash, and even takes the drive through orders. She is extremely efficient, hardworking, and fast, but she’s only one person. This is not normal, and customers end up waiting far too long. I sincerely hope you pay her well(she is bilingual too!), but you really need to hire more staff to take orders and prepare food.
Its 1pm on a Thursday. Management needs to step up their game as the employees are working their buts off, better training would do wonders

I usually go to this Harvey’s in Cornwall and a few days ago we went to drive thru and there was quite a wait so I drove up and I only see one gentleman running the whole restaurant by himself with a lineup of people inside. I feel bad as he was working hard and did acknowledge us in the drive thru. This gentleman should not have been working alone and that’s a tremendous amount of pressure. God bless and praying things get better.

My recent visit to this Harvey's location in Cornwall offered a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food and beverages I ordered were delicious and prepared perfectly, and I received excellent customer service from the staff – they were friendly and efficient.
However, the overall experience was significantly let down by the state of the washroom facilities. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, and there was no toilet paper available, which is a basic hygiene expectation. Addressing these cleanliness issues would greatly improve the customer experience at this otherwise good Harvey's.

Do not eat here. They failed their health and food inspection. It smells like straight sewer in there caused by broken pipes. The mop they use to clean it is in the kitchen area. They cook all meat on the same grill without cleaning it off. I got food poisoning, I called and asked to see a copy of their inspection. I did contact the health unit ( Left a VM) waiting to report it. I would hate to see an elderly or a child get sick. It was not a pleasant feeling. My burger was not fully cooked.
