All I can say is meh. Wasn't the greatest. Wasn't the freshest. Just isn't up to par. Food is usually good. Waitress was kinda rude also. The atmosphere is outdated and not the cleanest or welcoming as its dark and dingy even if its day light.

I have ordered from Jack Lee’s for well over 20 years, and they have always substituted the Moo Goo Guy Pen for the vegetable lo Mein in the no.17 meal. Since they have new people answering the phones, they tell me they are not doing that as they are busy. I realize the menu says no substitutions, but I’ve been doing it over 20 years. I’ve been a pretty loyal customer, as we order multiple times a month. Not impressed anymore.

Horrible experience took our drinks while at the buffet and refused to take them off bill. There was hardly any food as it was busy and they were super slow refilling it. Would avoid this restaurant

Dated setting but service was good.
Good assortment of foods from the buffet with the wontons (North American style) and chicken wings being excellent!
Honey Garlic ribs were tasty and flavorful, you may need to “fish” for good pieces like I do.
Fried rice and some other choices were ok.
Again the wontons and wings have been superb (had two helpings) and have been for last decade.
Great value!

Nice buffet. Food was really good. Definitely the best Chinese I've had in the area. Will be coming back for sure.

This is a love it or hate it type of place. There is no in between. I go for the unlimited chicken wings and I know that I'm getting value for money each time.

It was our first time here. Overall the restaurant looks very dirty. Restrooms are filthy. Food was very basic. We had fried rice that tasted burnt. I let the waitress know and she went to see the lady about the problem. All the lady did was go see the 2 bowls of rice in the buffet and did nothing about it.
We went to pay about 30 minutes later and they still had not changed the bowls. After telling the lady at the cash, I was told I was exagerating!!!! I don't understand that people give more that 2 stars to this place!!!
The dining experience was quite pleasant, with a wide array of flavorful dishes. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, contributing to an enjoyable meal. Service was prompt and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Each dish was prepared to your liking , showcasing fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. I would happily recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a satisfying meal.
Food was dry over cooked sat one the warmer way to long would not recommend it at all
