Thankyou kfc for making my birthday special 😍😍I was there for wholesome 30 min and the whole kfc team served me fresh juicy 🤤🤤🤤🤤chicken although it was big order but waiting time worth when they served it with quality ❤️❤️

I had made an order January 14 2024 that totaled $70 for delivery that was never delivered to me. When I called the restaurant to make an inquiry they told me it was the driver at fault and that I should speak to him. When I did speak to him his defence to bungling the delivery was to call the police and he hung up. I then called KFC Corporation. They took my complaint and statement and gave me a complaint code 5HLHBS with an assurance that I would be compensated. It's now February 7 2025 and I have had to call KFC Corporate 3 times now. I just got off the phone with what I'll assume is the manager or franchise owner at 1326 Second St. East and was told that the Uber driver was at fault and that I should take the complaint up with them. Not once did she apologise or convey empathy. The lack of empathy and care is rather shocking. If you are in the East of Cornwall and you think KFC is a good place to dine? I urge you to look to your left or right because there is at least a half dozen other restaurants that you can throw a stone at and dine with the full knowledge that at the very least care and wants your return business. Shame on you KFC. You have been an established restaurant in this city since the 70's. I'll make damn sure that the people I speak to will hear my story. I hope they think twice when they are dining out and not choose yours.
