Just ordered from there tonight after seeing the online menu. Got the buffalo burger, menu pic shows a double burger, only got a single burger. If its beef, its hard to tell because the meat is so loose it looks nothing like the buffalo burger as the picture in menu shows with two patties. Very disappointing, I should have went with the free chicken and bacon poutine and cheese fingers as advertised on their menu. A $59.79 lesson well learned. Enjoy that money, youll never get my service again. You are either lousy restauranteers, crooks, or both.

Ordered through doordash. Did not get my full order when I called the restaurant they sent out the missing items to the wrong address and had to call back again! The asked how I knew it was sent to the wrong address and asked to get screen shots!

I ordered the medium mexican pizza for pickup and was told 25 minutes until ready over the phone. I arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes later and entered to a luke warm greeting if I'm being generous. I announced that I was picking up, gave my name, and the host went to check on my order. I could hear the cook tell her "it's not ready." Nothing else. He was very dismissive and condescending to the host. She came to tell me and I told her no problem, I'll pay now and wait. With the 15%, $46. A fairly high price for 1 large pizza and small garlic sauce, but nothing out of the ordinary these days. I was told "a couple more minutes" until ready, not entirely sure what she was basing that on, based on the cooks quick answer. After sitting for 8 minutes, listening to the cook shooting rude demands to his employee or associate, taking in the dirty and indignantly outdated seating area at the entryway, I started looking toward the host to see if she had any updates for me. She avoided my gaze, seeming to hide from me. About 15 minutes after I arrived, I asked politely for a rough time estimate for my order. I was then told by the host "a few minutes, I don't want to serve you an undercooked pizza." Clearly I was putting her off by asking. At that point, a gentleman came out and asked "what's the problem?" I said no problem, just wondering how much longer for the pizza. He tells me it's ready, contrary to what the host told me moments ago, and similarly uncaring and defensive. The gentleman went to find that the cook had prepared me a medium, not a large as ordered. He asked if another pizza was being prepared for me, to which he was told no. He promptly said that it was no problem, inconsiderate to my, the customers', input. He came and TOLD ME, not asked me, that I would be taking the medium and an equivalent refund for the downsize. I was stunned and felt like I was being bullied. As the host was rifling through the register without a word of protest or follow up, I said no, I'll take a full refund please. The gentleman says to me, calling me by name, "but it's ready". A complete misfire.... he was making the decision and forcing this change in order on me. I said no, I'll be taking my money back and going somewhere else. Not a word more was said, in apology or otherwise, and the host proceeded to aggressively grab my cash (I should mention that I paid by debit) and angrily drop it into my hand.
I have never been this put off by a first attempt at a restaurant that I had never tried. The atmosphere is dreary, depressing, hostile, and somewhat concerning. I actually feel bad for the people who work there. A zero grade experience unlike most others.

Best Cornwall pizza around!!!! Don’t change a thing, like all the others did!!! We had Mannys special pizza, like we always do, was amazing like usual:) it’s very hard to find a good “Cornwall pizza” anywhere, but Mannys keeps the “Cornwall pizza” style alive!!!! Thank you Mannys for that!!

I gave the service a lower score only because there is a $2 charge to use debit on delivery. I was unaware of this until i saw my bill when my food got to the door. In 2024 i dont get being charged for using debit. Bedsides that I Ordered an All dressed pizza , the food was excellent and the delivery got to me quicker then the estimated time I was given over the phone.

Had there Pep and Cheese !!! I must say you hit my pizza heart ❤️ this is delicious pizza and definitely Cornwall style .... but might be better than most places in town . The thin sliced pepperoni, sauce, cheese ,dough , spot on, and cook to perfection ? must try!!! Thanks, Manny's pizza ? I will be back!!!

I enjoy Mannys food i order it all the time, but today I had lunch delivered and all food was great except the onion rings, they were so over done that they were a dark brown in colour.

My wife and I ordered a medium pizza for delivery and they sent a small, the delivery took over an hour and my pregnant wife was starving so I called and asked if she could eat the small pizza while we waited for the right pizza to be delivered, they started yelling at me to not eat the pizza and if there was a slice missing they would not give me the right pizza that I originally ordered. The owner called me three times through out the hour or more that I waited to make sure we didn't touch the pizza and warned me again not to touch it. So I will never order from Manny's ever again.
