The unicorn of McDonald's restaurants. We get large and complicated orders and they have only made one small mistake, once, in years of going. When that happened, not only did they give us the missing item but gave us a coupon for a free item on our next visit.

Went inside to order takeout, they take the fast out of fastfood. Drive thru ok order or avoid. They also claim 24 hrs drive thru and most nights are closed

Unlike my last great visit this one was completely opposite. Do NOT go in and use the drive thru! (2 meals with hot beverages) It took SO LONG (21 minutes) to get my food as drive thru takes priority and the food was luke warm at best because it sat there until my drinks were ready. Some staff looked like they absolutely HATED their job. You pay for convenience.

Bought a double Big Mac combo and 20 McNugget. The burger not stack properly. What a big mess to eating this burger. I need someone to teach me how to eat it without the fork. Strongly recommend put the fork in the bag next time. The nuggets are dry and not crispy at all, must be sitting in the warmer for a bit time. Also the fries are old as well. 5-10 minutes is ok, but this order definitely over 15 minutes or even longer. Never have issues ordering during the day. Seen that’s my third time having those issues when I order after 10 p.m. That’s the reason I have to post the review. Hope next visit will be better.

Bad service in most locations sadly. Food is hyper processed. Atmosphere is not as friendly as it was in the 80/90s. Only good thing is their coffee which they bought from Tim Hortons a long time ago.
The set up ie microwave muffins condiments are not located efficiently for the employee to be efficient for a waiting line up for one cashier. We like McD. ....Seniors enjoy the location & so does young families and Students from Schools at meal time. Roger Carriere/Wifi.

I’ve had a couple of disappointing experiences at this McDonald’s recently, especially around the 4 a.m. system reset. The first time, I was told they reset 20 minutes before 4 a.m, so I planned to show up 30 minutes before next time. But again, I was told the system was down. It’s confusing and inconvenient that the reset timing seems inconsistent, leaving customers guessing when to come.
On my most recent visit, I placed my order only to be told there was no salt available for the fries which I would have appreciated knowing upfront, as I might have skipped the fries altogether. When I received my meal, my McDouble was fine, but the medium fries I redeemed from Monopoly and the fries that came with my order were cold. When I mentioned this to the staff, they offered to make fresh fries, but since there was no salt in the building, it felt pointless. Two orders in a row my fries were cold. I did not complain the previous time. I asked the manager "why are they serving cold fries?" and he said "they are not cold". I asked for a refund and I could only be reimbursed for the purchased fries, not the Monopoly prize which would still be unredeemed has I known about the salt situation. Just a bit of consistency and transparency would make a huge difference in the customer experience.
