They made me wait almost 25 mins at the drive thru for just 1 chocolate sundae. When I told em it was a long wait, there was not even an apology and just ‘have a nice day’.All they had to do was move the vehicles with large orders to wait at the reserved curb side for delayed orders. Poor order management.

I went to drive thru, ordered HM with crispy wrap and grilled cheese one. Order taker said the order is good and the screen was black in DT. Also the girl at first window said the order is correct because We knew they were confused about grill wrap and grill cheese. And obviously they hand out the wrong one. I went back to correct it and the manager was giving us attitude that we are wrong. And even if we get it, it was cold and not even grilled. Such a worst experience.

Paid an for an extra 2 pumps of caramel in my cold brew and there wasn't even 1 pump of caramel put in it. My fries were quite literally thrown into the bag and weren't even the box and I think my meal itself was colder than my drink. My caramel cold brew tastes like the only caramel in it was from the air that blew into the cup from an empty syrup bottle. I was supposed to have 3 pumps.

Never been in a dirtier Macdonalds , looked like someone 4 ft tall stood on tippie toes to clean the walls top half were filthy. Floors and washrooms were a disgrace . Lots of staff anew customers cleaning could have been done, POOR MANAGEMENT!
