Brenda and Jacob were fantastic in helping me and my family with a dairy issue in a French Vanilla iced coffee. We didn't know that the flavor syrup had dairy. They were so kind to check the label information and get us a non dairy iced coffee instead. Thank you so much to the both of you!!

Food was very nice for a mcdonalds. Cashier was friendly with an upbeat, and the gentleman taking care of the trash was very kind when i had to throw stuff out while he was changing the bag.

Stopped in on a road trip for some supplies, hadn’t had McDonald’s in months, and I was extremely surprised, it was 9pm late and the staff made the food to perfection. Fries were perfectly salty, the burger had a good amount of toppings and sauce (some places you can tell they don’t care). And the ice coffee was perfectly sweetened. I am a happy customer than you!

There's no drive-thru here which holds up a general speed of McDonald's, though this location is slow regardless. Staff don't multitask, I will give them credit they are polite and food is decent with the fries always hot. Last interaction I had was odd, I had some loose change that I wanted to exchange, the supervisor looked at me and advised that because of scams she couldn't do this but I could use the same change to order more food... zero logic.
22 minutes for a burger and fries and the burger was cold never again

? DONT TRUST THIS PLACE THE ICE CREAM She pored it into the ice cream maker and it spilt all over the top and she just pushes it into the machine anyways putting all that dirty in the ice cream machine and I seen so much mold ? Bad management here dirty place don’t go here dirty kitchen Brenda kitts has a lot of work to do if they think it’s okay to sweep while people are eating with all the dust in the air for someone handling the fries and the drinks at the same time so I receive a greasy cup my ? were not filled and my burger wasn’t made with a little love considering that they have all they food sitting in a heater it should be don’t properly what the hell

STAFF REMOVED SHOES AND SOCKS IN KITCHEN AREA NEAR FOOD If this is the McDonald’s inside the Walmart / Cornwall … i just stopped in to get a coffee after shopping inside Walmart. One very loud employee was complaining that he had hurt his foot , that it was really sore. He proceeded to walk to the end of the kitchen area, (highly visible to cash area where I was standing) , sit on a bench , ask other staff if they wanted to see his foot - and actually took off his shoes/socks while sitting around fast food machines. The cashier was standing In front of him and both were looking at his feet. No shoes. No socks. I seriously have never wanted to vomit more than I did this evening in your restaurant.I politely suggested that they put their shoes back on - that they were being completely unsanitary and grossing people out.Please go back to your cameras and verify for yourselves what transpired in your restaurant / McDonald’s in Walmart / march 15tj approx 9:20pm.
