We’ve eaten here multiple times. A couple of days we got The Works for my husband while I defaulted to my favourite Butter Chicken poutine. I had a medium and struggled to finish it in spite of having a healthy appetite. They have a loyalty program too which is the NYF Fry Society. It’s a great option for a mid-errand break. We’ve tried multiple options including The Works, Butter Chicken, Flamin’ Bacon, Veggie Fries, Chilli Poutine, and Hot Dog.

My wife and I bought medium fries. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. The fries were about half regular sized while the other half were skinny bits and pieces and way over cooked. We threw out most of them

Very good fries I would recommend
Hadn't been in a New York fries for a while but found out i got a 10% discount since i have a CAA card so i decided to go. i had a hot dog and fries with a drink. for a mall food court it was ok
They offer a variety of fry dishes, but my recent visit left me somewhat disappointed. While the fries were seasoned, they were overly greasy and lacked the distinct flavor I was expecting. Additionally, the service was a bit slow, which detracted from the overall experience.
