Order here all the time but recently it’s just been disgusting to get from with the workers straight up working with their bare feet out in their sandals food tasting like curry and butter chicken did the workers eat where they prepare food ? No name tags , no hair nets on a single person leading to a bunch of greasy hair being in the food like what is going on and please hit me with the once gain we appreciate the feedback bro put some shoes on your workers

Got charged twice, they wont give me my money back and told me to wait 72 hours, had to call my bank to cancel the charge to get it back, i wouldn’t recommend eating from here as they dont care about their customers just the money

Sent my husband to get a simple pepperoni pizza, I thought it was odd that he came home faster than usual. I open the box and its old stale pizza. Didn't offer a discount or anything, just gave him an old pizza.

After talking with Pizza pizza several several times and my bank several several times I had a Pizza order pending in my bank account for 10 days before it cleared. Nobody really understood why they just gave a lot of ridiculous reasons of Pizza pizza and they're merchants have a deal of how many days They've set up for things to go through. If I walked into the store and tapped my phone, my money would have been gone instantly, no big deal. You order food from your home and it takes over 10 days for it to clear. Obviously total BS and clearly new world orders is trying to make us use credit. Push us to their agenda. Obviously I'll never order Pizza pizza ever again. Everyone I spoke to was absolutely horrendous

I am infuriated with this restaurant. Last week my order was delivered to a sidewalk beside my house when the order specified knock and leave at door. This week i order the same thing with the same instructions and it never arrives. After being on the phone with what i think is a call centre across the world the guy says oh ya it was delivered. I said two things...can you resend it and talk to the franchise in cornwall directly. They come back and say the franchise wont send another other because their driver tells them it was delivered. I said well you better give that driver a talking to because he just stole from both of us. Then he proceeds to tell me it will take up to 10 business days to get my refund. I could hardly understand a word the guy was saying. Such bad business etiquette.

It's pizza. The staff are friendly and helpful, they make the kind of pizza I like, and you can always get a good price.
If you like the local style pizza, you probably won't like this. I like both.
