I have always wanted to try Popeyes and so i finally did. I did enjoy my food as it didn’t disappoint me. But, however i have to say i didn’t really appreciate the attitude from one particular female cashier. Maybe she wasn’t having the best day but hopefully she can work on her attitude and treat us customers with a smile and a great attitude. Other than that, the atmosphere was calm. The place was clean. Rapid service and food was amazing.

Food was great but they had about a 100 flies in the store when I visited, the windows were covered with them.

The food quantity was too little. Tenders looked very slim, as if they gave us chicken dippers instead. I asked for extra gravy on the poutine, and they charged me for it. I said no other location charges for extra gravy on poutine! He said, “we do charge”. He was the manager, but didn’t even have a name tag

The premises are poorly maintained, with no evidence of regular cleaning. The environment is excessively noisy, and the restroom lock is broken, compromising privacy. Additionally, one staff member handles tasks without wearing gloves, raising serious hygiene concerns.

I had a great experience at the Popeyes in Cornwall! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour — just what you’d expect from Popeyes. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the Cajun fries were perfectly seasoned. The staff were friendly, quick, and made sure my order was correct. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear the team here takes pride in their service. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town! Stopped by today for a quick bite and was really impressed with how clean and well-managed the restaurant was. Teena, the manager, was present and professional — she even checked on our table to make sure everything was okay. Great vibes!👍👍
