I’ve visited several St-Hubert locations across Quebec, and this one stands out as the best so far. The staff were both knowledgeable and welcoming, and the crispy ribs—our go‑to dish—were cooked and seasoned to perfection this time. A special shoutout to Tanner for delivering exceptional service.

We ordered the nachos plate, nachos were cold and mushy and with no chicken. Service was dreadful, no follow up from waitress, drinks and food were slow, no refills offered

This has been my worst dining experience in Cornwall

Had the econo leg dinner with poutine. You will see me again. Holy wow. Id stand to stay the yummy gravy and leg dinner from here is 1000000 times better than Swiss Chalet

St. Hubert Cornwall was my family’s go-to restaurant when we all lived in Cornwall, so we absolutely had to stop in when we were back in town today. Our server Stacey was wonderful! Her warm, genuine and attentive service made our lunch experience even more enjoyable. As a fellow service industry professional, it was truly refreshing to see someone who really cares about her customers and genuinely enjoys what she does. Food was fantastic as always, but the service we received was really the highlight. Thank you Stacey!

Our waitress Zoey was absolutely amazing! Her personality was infectious and her incredible way of making each patron a high priority was so wonderful. The food was incredible, came out very timely and was the perfect temperature. Between the food and the amazing service we received we will definitely be coming back ALOT!

Horrible experience. While my son was eating his chocolate dessert cake from St-Hubert, he found a staple inside the cake. I was completely shocked. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. We won’t be ordering from St-Hubert again. I hope this helps others make an informed choice.

Most distrusting and very mannerless staff at this restaurant.. especially front staff and Debbie cooper .. they should learn some manners and how to talk with customers or drivers
