Ordered chicken poutine and it was not good at all. Seemed like fries and chicken were made like an hour ago and poutine sauce was not tasty. No resolution even after escalating this issues. Never visiting this place again!!

Service was great, friendly and attentive. Food was very bland, chicken was dry and flavorless. Best thing they served was coleslaw... Swiss chalet is probably better bang for your buck

Went to St Hubert Friday & ordered leg & skin was shiny like plastic & taste like plastic. No bbq flavour whatsoever. Never again

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Took 1hour and 10 mins to get an order. Then when we got our order it was all wrong.
At 50 min wait time we asked nicely if they might have forget about us. They then replied no we are waiting on the salad. 20 mins to make a salad. Insane!
Never go thru drive thru.
To inform everyone we didn’t order tons of food either. It was 2 kids meals and a salad.

Love this location it's always good to me. 6 fillets and fries please . Been going to st Huberts since around 84 , sad it left Toronto but one every few years I take the drive out here.

Waited almost one hour to get our meal and the manager was unapologetic and dismissive. Food was cold by the time we got it. Will never go again.
