Restaurant et bar St-Hubert

THE SERVER WAS SO NICE and food came pretty quick. We had a big group but the server got everyone’s order right with all of our changes. I like how the bar is in the middle so we can see our drinks, it makes the atmosphere very nice.

Just too expensive for what you get!!

Had a nice supper after our daughter's softball tournament. Always enjoy the food at St-Hubert😀

Chicken was dry and massively overcooked, they forgot 2 items from our order, and I had to go back. They also didn't provide cutlery and when asked for some, they gave me attitude, as if it was a huge inconvenience that they had to go get some. The rest of the food tasted ok, though the portions were quite small.

I'll probably just go elsewhere from now on.

Ordered online and the restaurant never got our order but charged our credit card and gave us a pick up time. Staff seemed indifferent about it. Ended up paying for the order again and they said they’d call head office to have our credit card refunded. I’m not sure if that’ll ever happen. Spend your money somewhere else.

We were seated quickly as we had a reservation. We were seated at 5:15pm and did not receive our food until 6:45!! We waited 20mins just for our server to show up to the table, and that was only after we had to tell someone that we hadn’t been served yet. We finally were able to give our order and waited another hour for our food to arrive. We saw one couple receive their food, after waiting SO long, ask for take out boxes and dump their food in and leave. We always loved coming to this St.Hubert and were SO disappointed at this experience. Shape up St.Hubert Cornwall!!

Got a reservation for 6. Seated at 6:20? What was the point of reserving a table? We got our food at 7:45. Rib Poutine was 10/10. Our server gave us 4 water glasses for some reason. Hostess Sarah was talking smack about how "all these customers" ruined her shift :)

Had Faith as our server and she honestly just lightened up the mood and got right into our large party. Appreciated the humour and quick service. Food was delicious as always! Will always be back!

Have been going to St Hubert for years but today will be my last. I understand that this specific restaurant was recently purchased by new owners but the entire experience was absolutely terrible. Service was terrible, food was served cold and I was a huge fan of your sweet potato fries but whatever you are serving now is nothing short of freezer burn potatoes.
1.5 hours waiting until food was served cold was the last straw for this girl.
It's really sad to see such a great franchise go down the tubes in front of our very eyes.
