I made an order and it was never delivered.I made another order and it was delivered wrong.I silly made another move And ordered another pizza and was delivered wrong. I waited another 2 months to made my order over the telephone.For pick up this time made.My order was not asked my name or telephone number and was hung up on as soon as I said my last item

Ordered a medium Pepperoni with light cheese for pick up. I picked up but never checked to contents. Got home and it was all dressed. I called to let them know and maybe someone else got my Pepperoni? Call was very well received and an offer to fix me up next time. All in all all dressed was really good!!! Thanks guys.

I personally love riverside’s pizza and while the wait times are often long, the pizza is always amazing. However tonight I ordered two XL pizzas for a large group of people I was hosting, an hour and a half after it not showing up, I called again to see if something was wrong and was told that pizza would be delivered in ten minutes. Another 45 minutes went by and still no pizza. When I called again, I was made to feel that it was my fault they’re so busy. I totally get that they were busy, it’s a Saturday night. But two hours for two simple pizzas? Too long. When they did finally arrive and arrived cold, I had to refuse the order as I was handed two cold pizzas and asked to pay full price. A heads up that they’re busy and will take over two hours for pizza to show up would’ve been appreciated, I would’ve just picked it up myself or ordered elsewhere. Not impressed sadly.

We drove here from Montreal since we hear they had great pizza. Honestly it’s not that far. Once you factor in that you basically drive an hour or more because of Montreal traffic and its parking situation to get to the local joint, driving to Cornwall doesn’t seem that far. The restaurant is located very close to the river which is beautiful and you can go for a stroll or rent a kayak to burn off some of the calories. We had pizza and boy was it loaded! You pretty much need a steak knife to cut into it. There’s almost an inch of pepperoni/sausage/bacon loaded onto the meat lovers pizza. Then they throw a mountain of cheese on top and cook it to perfection. It’s going to become the spot we will be going to every time we’re craving a good slice. Highly recommended. Loui is a fantastic pizza man. We decided to eat on the picnic table right outside the restaurant.
