The restaurant staff was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional toward delivery drivers from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Skip. They argued, ignored drivers, and acted like pickups were a burden. Orders were delayed for no reason, causing problems for both drivers and customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows poor management. I wouldn’t support a place that treats people this badly.

We absolutely love coming in from ottawa. We get our special drinks and today picked up 3 mystery boxes for the kids for Christmas. Amazing staff and always new things, picked up some new monster drinks tooo. Thanks guys please bring a shop to ottawa

My fiancé and I finally visited Sip and Scoop, and wow... it did not disappoint! We tried a fruit bubble tea, a milk tea with boba, a hot chocolate, the spinach dip with naan, and both the pepperoni and cheese waffle pogos. Everything was delicious, but the hot chocolate and the spinach dip were on another level... absolutely AMAZING!
The vibe is super cool, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the prices are unbeatable for the quality you get. Definitely a new favorite spot for us. We’ll 100% be back!
We ordered two butter chicken platters and the triple cheese grilled cheese as well as milkshakes. Everything was delicious! They even gave our daughter some candy from their livestream. Much appreciated and we will be back!

I usually never have any issues with Sip and Scoop the service is always great! However, tonight I placed my order at 8:30 (two drinks and a fruit platter), and after about an hour of waiting, I received a notification saying it was delivered. When I called the store, I found out it hadn’t even left yet. It’s now been almost two hours and my order still hasn’t arrived.
