The barista was so kind and friendly. I waited a bit at the POS since the cashier station was empty but that is okay. Barista made good coffee and I like it!

HIGHLY dissapointed and dissatisfied with my visit through the drive thru at Starbucks today. I guess Dianne was having a rough day because she was EXTREMELY rude and rolled her eyes at us multiple times. It was my sister's birthday to boot. Won't be back to this location, I'll stick with the new Starbucks on Second.

Sadly the disorganization clearly cause chaos.

Employees running all over the place not staying focused on their roles, more talking than the people waiting in line. We came to grab a drink and when we got here a man was standing waiting for his order.

25 mins later he got it and we are still standing here waiting.

Sure all work places can have a little fun but it seems no one really gives a hoot and they will get to your order whenever they feel like.

An ice shaker doesn’t take over 30 mins to make.

Sad that there is no other location either, other than the one in independence grocer.

Watched several people that were in the store before I even ordered leave all pissed off and this is the same experience I have every single time I come here over the last 5 years.

There is no cut off it seems for mobile orders either. No one knows where they are going or what to prioritize and with holidays coming up, just go to Tim Hortons at this point, I would have been home by now and the fact I am still writing this and still waiting (now 30 mins) says a lot.

It’s not about doing better at this point, management has lost control fully.

10/ 11 1 pm. Thank good another. Location opened because I can officially boycott this one because of its terrible customer service and management.
Not only was I gas lit about what drink I ordered but there was no friendly ness or help to make me feel welcome or I was important. Just made me feel like an inconvenience yet your new cashier really couldn’t comprehend instead let the line grow and me feeling embarrassed just trying to express the 2 drink is got (cold cream foam) wasn’t what I ordered . The manager blonde, young , skinny fit didn’t even come over to help. Just came over made me feel like I was dumb then walk away a couple Ike’s staring at me from the window while I was explaining the situation again and being like “look everyone, I come here it’s not the right drink” it’s supposed to be black with the foam on top yall gave me
2 iced coffees and are trying to gaslight me and tell Me it’s cold cream with foam on top. Nope! I took pics and get that drink when I go normally. Anyways I felt gross and embarrassed like I was in-the wrong. Finally I was like the problem is no one cares! Pics on right she vanilla cold cream w/ foam that I had to practically tell them this is what the drink should be whole on right.. is what they gave me the first time no decency to take care of it and kindly make two more to make up for mistake or just refund me. Not slight me and make the line back up and just not care about one customer. I felt ignored and yucky. Never coming back and would rather go out of my way to second street location now. Ps got two sand whites that were mushy and all together dropped $30 on my date!! I was a date too :/ I’d like to be reimbursed

I went today for my birthday, I was really sad over something so I wasn’t very energetic when I ordered, polite, but quiet. I asked for less ice in my venti drink. When I got it, they had put a frowny face in black sharpie and filled my drink halfway with ice. It was my one birthday treat and it was so disappointing. They really hurt my feelings. Will not be going back.

Literally 7 people on the front nine of them coming to serve customer as the customers are waiting in line and they just kept talking with each others.
Made several eye contacts and tried to call them but they just stared down and ignored everyone, waiting for that one specific employee to come down to take orders
