As soon as my husband and I entered we were met with a warm hello. The woman at the counter was so nice and thoughtful. From asking me if I wanted her to change her gloves for my veggie only sub, to pulling down the blinds so the sun was not in our eyes while we ate. She was attentive and thoughful. We love this location!

I ordered a salad and the potion was very small, usually we should get a foot long worth veggies and 6 inch meat. I am a former subway worker and that’s how I know. I hardly got a 6 inch potion vegetables in total. Just 3 pieces of tomato, very little onion and all. I asked for more and the girl who was serving asked what you need like I am not supposed to ask. It’s not the first time this particular store is doing the same. Waste of money, will never go there again.

This is the only Subway in Cornwall that I go to. Tired of getting cheated on toppings. In about 100 times of going here, it hasn't happened once. High quality location and freshly renovated. Easy to park/access too. Roger Nugget-Lafontaine.

Went for Sub last night around 8 and the young lady (blonde) working was so rude to customers, made subs so poorly without care, all the ingredients were thrown on. Bread smashed open . In the toaster she couldn’t even care to have the sandwich closed cause it couldn’t! When taking it off, she saw how gross and saggy the sandwich had gotten and just rolled in up in the paper laughed and bagged it and repeated to do the same to the second sub. I have always gone to this location and will def never be back.

This tattooed girl kept being impolite and gave me lots of attitude. Spoke to manager and said she will only talk to her 😒 not the first time and certainly won't be the last...this employee needs to learn manners with customer shame on the management team...Will never be back if it's to value disrespect towards customers

The servers were not paying attention to the order. All messy, missing half the egg on my breakfast sandwich and asked for the bun NOT to be toasted and was told that is not an option... but other locations warm up everything but the bread for me....
