Worst customer service ever I ordered a combo at 9:10pm and went to pick it up but they didn’t make my order and instead told me they were out of stock. They could have called me and saved me the trip. I waited outside the restaurant and they did the same thing to the next customer because they are in a hurry to close up and go home most likely. Never returning again

I used to come to this Subway restaurant a lot, last time I visited the guy was so rude. He had his back to me though he knew I was there, he raised finger to tell me to 'wait', sure thing. When he turned around rather than saying 'HI' it was 'what you want'. It was so awkward, I said 'HI, maybe try saying 'hi' in the future' he instead repeated 'what you want'. I was taken of guard and wanted to exit. I read over the menu deciding if I should orde or leave, I asked him to 'give me a moment'. He instantly replied 'what you want' looking angry. I left the store.

I like to order from the app because it makes things quicker. Think I'll stop, I mean if you can't follow instructions what's the point. I asked for extra lettuce and I think they put less, I also in the additional comments asked for green olives. I mean do you even read it? That's the second time from that particular location that did this. I'm moving on

I just went to get a sub I got crispy chicken and it was rock hard and very pink I even got someone else who is very strong to try to take it apart and they could not. The service was terrible, and the atmosphere was terrible. I do not recommend and they should not be able to sell people that, pink hard chicken disgusting.

I ordered a footlong steak last night. The guy that was working wasn't putting on the right amount of steak or cheese. The steak barely covered each end of the sub the same of the cheese. I had to tell him to put more on that it didn't cover each end. Paying 13 dollars for a steak sub should make sure you put on the proper amount.
