I don’t recommend someone this store because when I start ordering there , they said we don’t have Italian herb and cheese bread, our toaster isn’t working, our grill isn’t working. So I think why would you open the store if you don’t have anything in working condition.

Worst experience with this particular location. I have ordered twice from this location and both the time I had to regret. Seriously I started hating sub after visiting to this location. People working here especially this lady named Lovepreet is so rude and unethical with the customers. They are using the same cutlery for making veg and non veg sub.

Terrible Subway location!!! 🙁🙁🙁🙁 Got our order wrong and was rude when greeting us to begin with.
We asked for Italian bread for our Great Canadian Club and received Italian herbs and cheese instead. 🫣
They constantly kept asking if we wanted extras items yet we told them from the beginning “as it comes”.
Obviously this place does not know how a Great Canadian Club is made because they kept checking with us about all the ingredients that it requires in making one. 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠
When my husband was being served the other worker then asked if I needed anything while I was in mid conversation with him about his sub, and this worker then rudely said out loud “hellooooo” in most ignorant way as to get my attention.
Please train foreign workers on proper 😣 etiquette in addressing customers. It was truly uncalled for. Because of this I purposely did not acknowledge her rude, unprofessional mannerisms.
Lots of negativity has been circulating online about many Subway restaurants being run by foreign workers and I am not one to believe any hear say or gossip, but after witnessing this myself I’m appalled by the lack of respect and unprofessional behaviour displayed at this location.
Come on… how can they screw up a Great Canadian Club as it comes???!!! Not truly Canadian of them. 😔

terrible customer service, rude, tomato’s were soggy and green, meat was rubbery, and the restaurant was so humid and soggy. sub was not great at all, it was oddly oily. the cookies were also hard and there was no drink dispensing machine. payed too much money for that kind of meal and service. worst subway in cornwall.

We visited at the closing time. The closer was very patient and made us one of the best burgers I have ever had. The toppings are fresh and good. We order chicken all dressed burger and it’s tasty. Definitely the subway of my list .
Last time I went there I got food poisoning but I decided to try again because i wanted subway and it's the only one that says its open online, I go and its closed, not a holiday, complete joke of a service.
