Great place with lots of seats and tables. I got the Tuna Poke Bowl and it was delicious! Generous portions and friendly staff with great service.

I went into the restaurant this evening at 7:20pm with my 16 year old son. Upon my arrival a lady came over to the cash and told me that they were closed, I asked her what time they closed and she looked at the clock and then said 7:30pm. I then looked at my phone and saw that it was 7:21pm. I replied to her saying that it wasn't 7:30pm yet. She said to me that she had other orders to do and didn't have time to do mine. I was shocked by her response. After working in the restaurant industry for quite a few years and my husband also working as a cook for 20 years, I have never been told this going into any other establishment, nor have I have I ever been talked to like this by someone who worked in customer service. I am extremely disappointed by her behaviour to me. All I wanted was a Tuna Poke Bowl which took approx 3 minutes to make. She was rude, disrespectful, and did not make any sense at all by refusing to serve me 10 minutes before closing. You are paid by hour to provide a service. If you close at 7:30, that means you don't serve anyone after 730, but if a customer comes in before then I believe you should be obligated to serve said customer. Not right at all.

Hands down worst place I have ever been service was completely atrocious go anywhere but here ! The place was dirty the person taking my order didn’t know what he was doing it took 25 min for him to make a rainbow roll and a lion roll and it was dead nobody in the place and charged 30 bucks for the two rolls when I opened the package they were so small and cut so thin I ended going to get a burger normally the two rolls would be plenty to fill me up in other places then I asked for a receipt he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t provide me one as the computer erases them ! what restaurant has a computer that erases the bills of the day ??? I will NEVER go back to this establishment

First time and last time. Very disappointed to have spent over a 100$ on food I barely touched. The rice was way overdone and pasty which would just roll in our mouth. The fried sushi was soggy and sweating, and it looked like someone tried to cover it up by drowning it in spicy mayo. I placed my order about 2 hours prior to my set pick up time and I’m hoping to god they didn’t let it sit on the counter until my pick up time. When picking up my order, not one word from the employee, she clearly did not want to be there. Never again

Absolutely zero recommendations. Twice now i’ve ordered from here and not received my order nor have i received any refunds. I’m out nearly $50 from this company and have yet to enjoy a single meal.

I ordered a poke bowl from Uber Eats. They put way too much sauce on the food and ignored my selection of brown rice without notifying me of the change. Im dealing with a health condition and that's why I ordered this healthy option over other restaurant. Hardly healthy with only very little sashimi swimming in various sugary sauces.
Dietary restrictions: not good, they won't even consider. sushi love is another place I ordered from and much better.

Possibly the worst sushi that I've had in my life. My order was incomplete, the sushi was made incorrectly (missing ingredients, wrapped poorly), vegetables were rubbery and brown (not fresh), rice was beyond sticky to the point of a solid mass, the tuna was discoloured and stunk, the salmon was chewy and off-tasting, and you could tell most of the items were refrigerated beforehand leading to overall poor quality of flavour.
I will not recommend Sushi Shop (Cornwall) to anyone.
Zero service. The employer was on her Bluetooth the whole time talking to someone. No hello, no bye she couldn't even talk to me to tell me the total or be bothered to give me the receipt. The only conversation was to ask me if I wanted the bag. Horrible place, this place is a stain on sushi shop brand. Sushies are meh, go to love sushi everything is better.

This is what 50$ of terribly bad sushis looks like. I'm a big fan of sushis and used to love sushi shop... but this location is just bad. The fish wasnt fresh or properly cut. The service wasn't great either. We ate a couple and threw the rest out. The worst sushi I had by far... and I've had a lot. If you're looking for good food... I would recommend anything else.

Two rolls weren't fresh at all the tuna wasn't same color throughout and very smelly also they had ingredients that weren't on the menu in the rolls we ordered , the other roll she didn't have on hand so she had to make it , which consisted of hard avocado that wasn't ripe lettuce and old tempera shrimp!!!!! save yourself money as everything went in the trash and we went to Wendy's as kids were hungry still..... 40 $ ... Thank goodness it wasn't more !! save yourself a hospital visit from rotten seafood it could very well happen !
