We placed an order online for pickup, it wasn't ready on time. Food quality was alright, though the chicken was missing a wing. The COVID lockdown doesn't make things easier for anyone, so I'll leave it at 3 stars. They have improved since my last visit.

I bought two orders of chicken meal and ended up had to wait further because the lady who ordered after me was given my order. ( Usual thing happens to me pretty much everywhere I order in Cornwall...so check your order in case you are the sitting duck of the season). The manager was not there so....you see the picture. Meal was cold but great when I got it. Sorry to give this review but remember it was done when manager was not there to supervise.

Went to get some supper tonight. Took a long time and the server Matt was pretty rude and arrogant. If I go back and he is working I will walk out. One employee told me that the rotisserie wrap was not made in house and it's just warmed up. Not appealing at all for swiss chalet.

What a freaking disappointment. Tried to order from the Cornwall location but it soon turned into an exercise in futility. I will never order from this location again. Save yourself the aggravation and order from the St Hubert across the street.

I would like to see a Swiss Chalet Restaurant in Cornwall, not just a Take out place. With Scores now gone, this is a great opportunity to have a Swiss Chalet 'sit down' restaurant right here in Cornwall, just like the one in Brockville!

I ordered the chicken family meal online, so just had to pick up my order. They were quick and friendly. The food was delicious and we even got an extra fry. Great experience!

Price of $23 (with coupon) for 2 quarter chicken dinners from Swiss Chalet wasnt bad but i was shocked at how tiny the meat portion was and it tasted burnt. No bigger than a dinner roll! The sauce wasnt very good either. I def won't be giving anymore money to swiss chalet. Very disappointed.

Prices are ridiculous and food is far from what it used to be. It was my favorite restaurant once upon a time. This review is for Skipthedishes and Swiss Chalet combined.We made the mistake of ordering through Skipthedishes since the Swiss here can't be bothered to offer delivery. We'd never tried them before. What a horribly miserable experience. Half of our food was missing and they DO NOT bring you your missing food, which is unheard of. I called Swiss and she couldn't have cared any less, as she just pawned all the responsibility off on the delivery guy, saying she knows for sure it was all given to him so he mustve lost it (LOL). Meanwhile, we know it's just a lie bcuz the woman even said didn't you get both bags? I said yes, we did. The food we did get PLUS the missing food would NOT have all fit in just 2 of those bags. Not to mention, the guy didn't stop anywhere else and there was nothing in his car. One order of chicken spring rolls, 1 order of fries, 1 large chalet sauce, a package of skittles for the kids meal, and delivery charge is what I have IN WRITING from Skip that I am being refunded for, as all that food was missing! Skip refunded me 9 bucks (that I have to wait 5 days for). Having all those things missing, including all chalet sauce completely ruined our mood and meal. $70 down the toilet. The food that came was obviously dry, and also cold by the time we were done trying to figure out how to report the missing food and deal with the people involved. The fries and gravy that did come were from Harveys, not Swiss Chalet where we ordered from, and the gravy was so salty that even my kids asked if someone spilled salt in it.AS IF Swiss Chalet should have no responsibility in making sure they give the whole order to the delivery guy. They are just like other bad businesses who like to cheat the customers, then pass the buck and blame someone else so that they don't have to make things right. It's brutal. I'm definitely never using Skipthedishes again, but i'm really not sure about Swiss Chalet either. The food we did get was pretty bad, and half of what did show up was actually sent from Harveys! Lol What a joke. They used to be my fave, but there are just too many restaurants around to put up with one who screws up so badly, doesn't care, and then doesn't even do anything to help make it right.
