I applaud the team member’s patience and kindness! We were behind these people who were very rude and disrespectful to the workers. They were yelling and holding up the line. Because of them we had to wait so long to get our food. The staff tired their best to meet this needs. I am honestly so shocked to see how kind and patience they were with those customers.

I was at dine in today around 4 pm. The person who took my order was really friendly and recommended me the best menu selling item while the service was quicker than I expected for fast food service. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a Crunchwrap specifically with beans and no beef. We were the only customers there, yet it still took almost 10 minutes to get our food. When I took a bite, I discovered it actually contained beef. This mistake is unacceptable, especially since it wasn’t busy at all. As someone who hasn’t eaten meat in six years, I found this really upsetting and disappointing.

I recently visited the Taco Bell location in Cornwall, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. During my visit, I observed that the crew members were engaged in conversation in the back, ignoring customers at the counter, which caused delays in service.
Additionally, the young girl who took my order displayed a poor attitude and lacked basic customer service skills. She did not greet customers properly, and her demeanor made the experience uncomfortable. Friendly and attentive service is essential in creating a positive dining experience, and I hope this feedback helps address the issues at this location.
