Thai Express Restaurant Cornwall

The only employee working, an older woman was unpleasant and starting speaking very loudly to me when she didn’t understand my order (I was trying to order a shak-a-bowl with no sauce for my 8yo). She spoke so rudely that my husband had to come forward and ask her to stop. Really unfortunate experience and won’t return to this location, as chicken in our meals was fatty and chewy.

A bit pricey but you definitely get the spice you are looking for!

I would give zero but a star will do. I believe the owner or the boss has terrible people skill. I couldn’t understand a word she was saying and she was not about to explain anything. She was very rude and had a stone face. I feel bad the the workers that she bosses around by pointing instead of speaking.

One of my favourite stops for lunch when on the road is a Thai Express. Today was brutal. The food was good, however the women taking our order was extremely unpleasant. Tried to order the special on the menu and when ordering she refused to allow the order stating it must be different. When trying to communicate about the order to clarify, she spoke very fast and was abrupt, rude and even rude to other staff who were trying g to help. Never go back!

I ordered a Tom Yum soup chicken with extra veggies, not very much of anything in it, not the end of the world. The older women working the cash was so miserable ☹️ and mean to the younger staff, it was unbelievable. The young girl working with her was very pleasant.
You know the Seinfeld episode with the soup guy, very much like that with out the comedic undertones.

Honestly not much to say. Probably the worst Thai express meal We ever had. 0 flavour.

Ordered from here, the worst pad Thai ever. Me and my boyfriend both got pad Thai and both our meals were so flavourless. No sauce what so ever, just dry noodles. He got 4 pieces of chicken in his and I got 3 small pieces of beef in mine. Normally don’t have an issue but we couldn’t even finish it beyond gross. For the amount of money it costed, I’m disappointed.

I ordered food today through Uber Eats. While the food was decent, I was quite disappointed that no utensils, chopsticks, napkins, or any extras were included. This is an area that definitely needs improvement.

I always go to Thai express but never had this issue before I ordered and paid for veg pad Thai and got nothing besides noodles and tofu. Upon asking the worker they said you have to pay extra for any veges which is NOT how it works. If I want extra veggies I pay extra. There was zero veggies. They didn’t even try to make it right for customer simple denied. Also I asked spicy and it was sweet. I think it was language barrier but I just lost $30 for the food I didn't like at all. Unfortunately never coming back.
