Worst customer service, the lady at the front literally yelled at us when doing an order

Worst customer service I've ever had. Everyone here is terrible and miserable.

Honestly not much to say. Probably the worst Thai express meal We ever had. 0 flavour.

Ordered from here, the worst pad Thai ever. Me and my boyfriend both got pad Thai and both our meals were so flavourless. No sauce what so ever, just dry noodles. He got 4 pieces of chicken in his and I got 3 small pieces of beef in mine. Normally don’t have an issue but we couldn’t even finish it beyond gross. For the amount of money it costed, I’m disappointed.

I ordered food today through Uber Eats. While the food was decent, I was quite disappointed that no utensils, chopsticks, napkins, or any extras were included. This is an area that definitely needs improvement.

I always go to Thai express but never had this issue before I ordered and paid for veg pad Thai and got nothing besides noodles and tofu. Upon asking the worker they said you have to pay extra for any veges which is NOT how it works. If I want extra veggies I pay extra. There was zero veggies. They didn’t even try to make it right for customer simple denied. Also I asked spicy and it was sweet. I think it was language barrier but I just lost $30 for the food I didn't like at all. Unfortunately never coming back.

This place has the most universally miserable staff I think I have ever experienced. Trying to get a smile out of any of them is like trying to get them to make the right order: apparently impossible! I swear this place was ok a few years ago but whatever the hell happened since then... Oof

I have been craving shrimp fried rice for a while now, and ordering out isn't something I can and should do often. Now I looked up the near place with it, and this is the place h
that came up. I went to it, and it was pretty dead in there. I ordered the food and it wasn't anything special while ordering it. Yes, the English there wasn't the best, but eh, that's not the end of the world. So I ordered it, and it was done quickly, kinda too quickly if you asked me. Got home and at 1/3 of it, and it wasn't the greatest nor the worse, but something felt a little off . My stomach, who was pretty empty beforehand kinda felt a little sick and so i stopped. It took a little while, but it settled down after a few hours. I thought I ate it too quickly, which was why I went back and ate the rest. Now, today, the day after, I had it. I am VERY ill. I woke up and felt really bad stomach wise, and a few hours after I woke up, I emptied it out in the toilet. I am pretty sure what I got is food poisoning. My stomach is empty, and I can't eat more without it being emptied again. It was dead in there, and I think I now know that. I hope tmr it will be better but I can't tell if it will. My stomach is just upside-down, and I think i have a fever. I burned my throat with the acidity from throwing up, and i wasted 19$ on shrimp fried rice that seems to have caused this problem. It's the only thing that makes sense for how i feel at the moment. The food might make you sick. Sick, like how i am sick, and that isn't something someone could pay me to be like, nor something I should pay to be like.

Bad bad service!! Food tastes horrible!! Iv never seen them boil my chicken for fried rice ever at any one of these places but now this one does.

The service is so bad they don’t even greet you upon ordering your food they just look/stare at you until you speak first… A simply “hi, what can I get you?” goes a long way. I guess it great the food is made quick but maybe it’s because it’s premade/freezer food. I feel like the staff don’t like their job and they show it, I always end up dreading my experience at the Thai Express Cornwall location.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is not very pleasant - because the staff started shouting at each other and explaining something in Hindi. A big plus is that the forks and spoons are disposable because the trays are very dirty and the floor is the same. But it was delicious, for me the main thing is that it is delicious and the utensils are clean.

Picked up Thai express for the first time in months. Got a chicken pad Thai combo that cost over 30 dollars. Got home started eating the pad Thai taste burnt, no sauce on the noodles. And a water liquid at the bottom of the box. Terrible and overpriced.
