Terrible experience. The older person was very rude and despotic. I will never return to that place.

Terrible experience, the grumpy lady who works there is awful.

Older woman is horrible. Miserable person. Talks too fast. Barely speaking English. Gets upset when asking a question. Lol. She is completely rude. Learn to treat people better.

We order 4 plates of fried rice with pineapple yesterday. This is the worst fried rice I have ever ordered from Thai Express. The was no flavour, the chicken used was not good at all. You could hardly find pineapples in it. Very disappointed.

One of my favorite grab and go chain franchises but this one is revolting. Ive eaten at them across ontario this is the only one that completely failed red thai curry. Completely inedible and diagusting. The base sauce was non existent it just tasted like spicy over cooked water with mushy rice and rotted veg with old chicken. Ordered 2 and couldn't even make it through the first 3 forks of one. My god was it bad.

I had a great time there, i felt the right atmosphere, i usually go there every week because the service is really nice and food is well made and really good. Especially there was a young 17 year old guy named rastgar treated me really nicely and gave me my food on time and he had made it really well, i made sure to ask for his name because he is so kind and such a nice person, i always make sure to tell my friends to visit thai express and that they would get treated well too. Thank you.

The only employee working, an older woman was unpleasant and starting speaking very loudly to me when she didn’t understand my order (I was trying to order a shak-a-bowl with no sauce for my 8yo). She spoke so rudely that my husband had to come forward and ask her to stop. Really unfortunate experience and won’t return to this location, as chicken in our meals was fatty and chewy.

A bit pricey but you definitely get the spice you are looking for!

I would give zero but a star will do. I believe the owner or the boss has terrible people skill. I couldn’t understand a word she was saying and she was not about to explain anything. She was very rude and had a stone face. I feel bad the the workers that she bosses around by pointing instead of speaking.

One of my favourite stops for lunch when on the road is a Thai Express. Today was brutal. The food was good, however the women taking our order was extremely unpleasant. Tried to order the special on the menu and when ordering she refused to allow the order stating it must be different. When trying to communicate about the order to clarify, she spoke very fast and was abrupt, rude and even rude to other staff who were trying g to help. Never go back!
