There menu doesn’t match their prices, maybe making prices up as they go! I called to order a chicken pita and they said it comes with onions and tomatoes that’s it. I told my partner and they said “ya that’s good how much?” I said 30$ for two and a fries. He’s like “no no no, their menu says this price that’s like 10$ more with taxes.” I tell the waitress they said “mmmmhhhhmmm… well now it’s this.” :/ ok well your menu doesn’t reflect that and that’s is a huge issue with most restaurants. Change your menu! Or don’t because it’s greedy praying on the desperate economy. If you’re choosing to change your menu, don’t tell me on the phone. I now have to tell you that’s messed up wasting my time. I don’t know if you’re just making up your prices and changing them whenever you want. Keep your plain ass wrap for 15$ as part of a deal with nothing on it. Greedy and stingy.

Had the cheeseburger poutine combo. Cheeseburger was great. Poutine had way too much gravy. The fries were swimming for their lives. Very salty. Paid $22 for this. Drink included. Not sure re value here.

I just order from this restaurant for the first time. Ordered a double cheese burger and pulled pork poutine.
Burger was great, good taste, cooked perfectly. Was so good.
Now the pulled pork poutine....it was the best ive ever had. I consider myself a bit of a pulled pork connoisseur. Anywhere I go that has pulled pork poutine I order. This was by far the best I have ever had. Not close to anything I have ever had. I will be making this a regular stop. Just fantastic food and fair prices for what you get. This is 5 stars all day everyday. Amazing!

This place used to have the best poutine And burgers now they've changed the frys as well as the gravy not to mention was using real ground beef now frozen patties why cant there be consistency
Everything I’ve ever had at The Shack had been really great. The Chicken Caesar wrap with fries is one of my favs. Always fresh, always good and friendly service to boot! 5 stars.

Ordered a baked spagetti , the sauce was different this time , must have changed ,sauce was darker and had a taste of cinnamon, not the same this time as I knew , large portion , but not the same taste ,guess I'll have to pass .
