The Spicy Pearl is my favorite restaurant! They have the best food, amazing portion sizes and always super tasty. Yada makes the best Pad Thai in all of Cornwall and S.D&G (I have tried every Thai restaurant and no one compares). You also have not truly experienced good food until you try the Ox Tails, just wow! Not to mention, the environment is super welcoming and Roger and Yada never fail to put a smile on your face. This restaurant deserves 5 stars across the board.

If you haven't tried The Spicy Pearl, I highly reccomended giving it a shot. They have both a carribean and thai menu! Good healthy food, that tastes amazing, and you can feel the love and passion put into it. For those who are big eaters, the portion sizes are quite filling, affordable, and made with quality ingredients. I absolutely love jerk chicken and I havent had anyone make it better than Roger.

I went in today, June 13th, and was blown away with the flavour combos and huge portions. I had the jerk chicken burger with mango salsa and oh my word! It was easily the best burger I’ve ever had. Sweetness from the mango salsa, tart from some fresh sliced tomato and the best slow burn from the jerk seasoning. A 100/10! Everything was made fresh and the owners were a delight to speak with. Definitely a must try!

The inside is super cute. Love the atmosphere and the bold colours. The service was friendly and quick, but the food tops it all. My friend got the chicken pad thai and I got the cashew chicken Thai stir fry. They came with 2 spring rolls each which were fresh, perfect flavor and size. All the food was piping hot, flavourful and large portions. Highly recommend this downtown gem!
