New lady employees - recent old white ones are loud, rude and without basic manners. They need some lesson in customer service.

I visited this to Hortons at about 9:30 PM on September 19. Waited about almost 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence upfront because I was in store. I understood they had to make a fresh pot of tea and I appreciate but she gives me four teas and does not offer me a tray. I had to reach over the counter to grab my own tray even though I had asked her for one

Extremely disappointed once again. Not only were you extremely RUDE at the speaker, but you could at least act like you cared about your job… sorry I’m wasting your time???? my husband and I get to the window and the worker proceeds to DUMP A HOT COFFEE ON MY HUSBAND. Even if it was an accident, No help was made and there was no attempt at a resolution. My husband peeled off as he was in pain from the burning coffee. Now I need to get my interior cleaned. Not impressed.

Horrible service ! They throw the food at the counter, you have to wait and wait and ask for your order. Rude non caring staff ! Avoid this place !

When going through the drive thru this afternoon around 2pm the order taker (Bailey) was yawning and sounding bored while taking out order. When I was done I repeated an item back to make sure she got the whole order as I didn’t see the one drink on the screen. Her response was “well did you order a med ice cap and a large coffee” and when I said yes I was just checking you got it she responded with “well that’s what I’m trying to do” in a very annoyed and frustrated tone. Like we were bothering her by ordering from her place of work. It was very clear that she did not want to be doing her job today and her customer service is atrocious! I will be using a different t drive thru from now on. One piece of advice to this young lady, if you don’t want to be at work or do your job then stay home!

Maybe someone needs to teach the staff some basic manners, lately I've been going to a couple times Hortons and I order 2 coffees. By the time I order my first one and get the word "and" out I constantly get cut off by the person on the other end, repeating what I ordered and asking if that's all. Maybe they can wait for me to finish my ordering before asking me if thats all? or anything else? I know most other places at least let me finish my sentences before asking either question, but hey if that's your business practice.....
