Hey! It was wonderful experience at brookdale tim hortons! I went around 12 am in the midnight. I ordered supreme stack. It was really good. There was girl who served me her name is Neetu. She welcomed very politely she was alone i think she was taking drive thru as well it was so busy but still she was so polite. I will again visit at this tim.hortons. Thank you

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit absolutely deserved one. I stopped by this Tim Hortons earlier today, and I have to say—it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at *any* coffee shop.
Trevor was working the counter and immediately greeted me with a friendly smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. You could tell he actually cared about getting the order right and making people’s mornings a little better. My coffee was perfect (fresh and hot), my breakfast sandwich was made exactly how I like it, and everything came out quickly even though the place was fairly busy.
What really stood out was Trevor’s positive energy. He was kind, quick, and totally on top of things—keeping the line moving while still treating everyone like a regular. It’s rare to see that kind of attentiveness and professionalism, especially during the morning rush.
If every Tim Hortons had a Trevor, I’d never go anywhere else. Give that man a raise!
