Whenever I travel from Toronto to visit my family in Cornwall, I make it a point to stop by the Tim Hortons in Cornwall. The staff here are consistently friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. Whether it's a morning coffee or a quick snack, I appreciate the great customer service they provide. It's always a pleasant experience, and I look forward to my visits.
I ordered an ice capp, it was good. But I have noticed on more than one occasion that service is pretty slow late at night. Like 10pm or later. I understand that the staff is minimal and they need to clean. But no seems to watch the front counter and people seem to wait awhile before getting noticed. This evening a guy came in and said he had been waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, all he ordered was some tea. And then it still took them a bit to make it for him. Need...
The place was clean and the people were friendly, helpful and thoughtful and I liked the hockey stick as a door handle I thought that was cool.
Parking: There was lots of parking available.
Kid-friendliness: It would be a nice place to take your children to.
Wheelchair accessibility: It would be good for someone who is in a wheelchair because it's on the ground floor and there's lots of space for wheelchairs.
