I want to give zero star to the service because of the old lady at the window. She was so rude. She doesn't know how to greet a customer. Her attitude was on peak. When I said Hi good morning and at the end have a nice day she just ignored and shut the window.

Overall a wonderful experience. The cashier was “ in training “ but she was amazing at her job. Her customer service was on point. Then she made my coffee and the direct handoff with a smile was great! Then when my food arrived the gentleman also did a direct handoff rather than placing the food on the counter he handed it to me with a smile

I stopped to get gas and saw this Tim Hortons in the same building. I got the dark roast coffee. A lady, Em, served me. She was quick, efficient, and she has a really nice smile. Good way to start the day.

I’m not one to write reviews but it is extremely frustrating when you order a bagel with cream cheese and when you open it to find so little cream cheese that it doesn’t even cover a quarter of your bagel… unreal
