I should’ve caught her Name walking out the door, but I didn’t but who really cares. The entire staff that I met on the day that I went to go and eat Was far more than exceptional. If you’re gonna ask me about the kind of service that I’d like out of a place, This is a prime example.
They are simply genuine and Kind people that are just doing their best. I usually don’t like going outside, But if I knew I’d run into people like them at every restaurant, It would make things much better.
I’m sure someone could put testament to the pleasure of meeting this Tim Hortons staff

One of the employees in particular draws a smiley face on my coffee every time i go here. It makes my whole day and the cheerful atmosphere is why i go here instead of another Tim’s.
On sept 25th, In an attempt to skip the long drive-through line at another location(1950 McConnell) I put in a mobile order. I accidentally sent the order to this location (851 Pitt st). I noticed IMMEDIATELY and called right away. I told them not to make it as I wasn’t going to come pick it up right away since I was at a Tim Hortons across town - so to put my order ticket aside so I could pick it up on another day on my way to work. Fast forward to today, the 27th. Im on my lunch break and i call them to let them know im coming to pick up my $6 iced cap with espresso. Despite being asked to PUT MY TICKET ASIDE THAT DAY because I didn’t want to deal with THIS coke the time … they obviously didn’t and had no idea what I was talking about. I explained myself again and she agreed to have it ready for 730 when my break started.
I head over to pick it up and they refuse - as if it comes off their pay personally if I was lying.. which I’m not??! Who would do that?
Crazy. Staff was rude, and clearly incapable of doing their jobs.
10/10 recommend another location! This one SUCKS.

Ngl this place is not that good to have a 4 star rating.
The employees at this location are always pleasant and mostly efficient. It's just a bit too backed up with traffic at times or I'd always use it. Justin is always happy. I'm not sure the other ladies name but she's been there forever and she's always cheerful too.

We ordered through the drive-thru and the people were friendly and we didn't have to wait for our order. We have been there quite a few times and the people are always very friendly this is one of our favorite places to go and we will continue to go there.

Some staff members at this location don't check the points, so far I had 4 free coffees which I did not get. They took the points and the money. Pocketing the money.However shout out to Amanda, she's cheery and friendly. Treasure those employees!Please bring back roll up the rim on the CUPS itself
