Every single time I go to this Tim Hortons, the pastries are always fresh and I am greeted with a smile 😊 The staff are very sweet and understanding when I take my autistic son in, letting him take his time to decide which treats he would like. They are always generous and give him a few extra timbits ❤️ I have nothing but good things to say about the afternoon staff 👏🏼 keep up the good work guys

This place used to be great – good food, fast service, and online orders always ready on time. But everything changed when a thin, petite, middle-aged Caucasian lady started working here. I saw others complain about her recently, exactly the same problem.

I order online almost every day, and ever since she showed up, she’s forgotten my mobile order four days in a row. Every time I go in, she has a new excuse: “Oh, I forgot,” “We’re cleaning,” “There are too many drive-thru orders.” Meanwhile, she’s always complaining – about customers, about the system, about the number of orders – and somehow tries to make it the customers’ fault, including blaming me for placing mobile orders because “they don’t check the front at this time.” Nonsense. Before her, the staff handled everything well.

Today was the last straw. I will never step into this Tim’s again if she is still working there.

Very disappointed with the service at the drive-thru. I clearly placed my order, the staff member said “ok” then mumbled for about 10–15 seconds without saying anything, so I assumed it went through. Moments later as a proceeded, a thin, petite, middle-aged caucasian lady came out through the back door and abruptly asked, “Are you the guys ordering cold brew?!” in a very unprofessional tone.

I calmly replied “yes” and she snapped back, “You need to wait for me to clear your order! So tell me again, the size and what kind of cold brew?!” I politely repeated my order, giving her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she was just having a tough day. She then added, “We have a new system so I need time!!” before shutting the door.

At the pickup window, after confirming my order again, the same staff member made a snide remark beside her coworker while handing over my drinks: “You need to have patience and learn to wait!” she said in a rude and condescending tone.

I understand that technical issues or fast-paced environments can be stressful, but that’s never an excuse for disrespecting customers. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was simply unacceptable.

Service is great and the place is kept nice. However, lately the past two times I’ve been to this Tim’s my food order was made wrong. When I told the staff about my first order they were very nice and fixed it right away, but this second time I got home before I checked it and it’s wrong again.

I should’ve caught her Name walking out the door, but I didn’t but who really cares. The entire staff that I met on the day that I went to go and eat Was far more than exceptional. If you’re gonna ask me about the kind of service that I’d like out of a place, This is a prime example.

They are simply genuine and Kind people that are just doing their best. I usually don’t like going outside, But if I knew I’d run into people like them at every restaurant, It would make things much better.

I’m sure someone could put testament to the pleasure of meeting this Tim Hortons staff

One of the employees in particular draws a smiley face on my coffee every time i go here. It makes my whole day and the cheerful atmosphere is why i go here instead of another Tim’s.
