Girl at drive thru at 5 pm on May 26, 2025 did not want to take our complete order at drive thru. As we order 2 drinks she just said pulled to the window and that’s it. Next time please ask the customer if they are done with order or want something more, don’t just assume yourself.

Me and a friend ordered Dark Roast coffee and some donuts, they were out of Dark Roast, so Venessa made us some fresh coffee. Venessa served with a smile and positive attitude, props to her for being so nice even when another customer was giving her a hard time.

Employees not paying attention. Ignoring kiosk orders!!!
I ordered a half white hot chocolate half decaf in the drive thru and got a nearly black coffee. Went back and they tried to give me a new one made with half original blend, finally gave me what I thought would be the right drink, and it ended up being wrong yet again. Figured I wouldn't waste even more gas so I didn't go back a third time. The workers are disorganized and there is a lack of communication between them, which I guess resulted in my drink being wrong three times. Also, they have a bad habit of keeping tips that weren't intended to be tips. I work at a Tim Hortons, so this is very disappointing to see.
