Me and a friend ordered Dark Roast coffee and some donuts, they were out of Dark Roast, so Venessa made us some fresh coffee. Venessa served with a smile and positive attitude, props to her for being so nice even when another customer was giving her a hard time.

I ordered a half white hot chocolate half decaf in the drive thru and got a nearly black coffee. Went back and they tried to give me a new one made with half original blend, finally gave me what I thought would be the right drink, and it ended up being wrong yet again. Figured I wouldn't waste even more gas so I didn't go back a third time. The workers are disorganized and there is a lack of communication between them, which I guess resulted in my drink being wrong three times. Also, they have a bad habit of keeping tips that weren't intended to be tips. I work at a Tim Hortons, so this is very disappointing to see.

Slow staff, extremely slow. I placed my order and was bluntly told 'NO'. I repeated myself and the staff turned their back to me and again stated 'NO'. I asked why, the turned around said nothing. I said 'is it sold out?', and was told 'YES'. Drive thru always has a line up early morning till evening from what I have seen. Came here when they first opened with friendly staff and they had no issues understanding me and vice versa.
Waited 5 minutes before anyone said anything. 2 girls working food/drive through & a very nice teen mopping the floors apologized and told me to be careful of the wet floors, as I was leaving I said I'm so sorry to walk on your Fresh floors and he said oh no, I'm not concerned about that, just your safety! Someone definitely taught him right, so kudos there ??
