Quick stop for drinks and washroom use. The washrooms were the dirtiest we have ever used or seen. Absolutely filthy. Avoid if possible. Debated as to whether to get drinks here or not. If the washrooms have months of filth, how clean is the servery ?? We let the staff know that washrooms were in a state.

There is basically nothing at this location. They have no ice so most drinks are not available or not the same . They also have about half ingredients a Tims should have. The staff can put a smile on their face. The bathroom are disgusting. In need of improvement on every level. They have planty of space to make it right and be like most Tim Hortons. Get some variety!
I did everything that the 2 persons who contact me ask for and NOTHING back on their part! Tim Horton doesn't care about their customers!!!!!

Regardless of what time of day you go they are almost certainly out of at least 1 thing you want to order. Also their bathrooms are in desperate need of both cleaning and repair. Saw this potential electrocution/fire hazard during my visit.The staff are nice enough although the do get frustrated when you keep ordering things they don't have, like it's somehow your fault.

I ordered a BLT sandwich and they told me their oven is off and they have no bacon. If they don’t have the ingredients then they should take food off of their menu. Please fix this so people can actually get food and coffee.

Ok so I got a medium double double with a caramel shot from these lovely ladies. The lady that made my drink, I wish I got her name, because it should be immortalized in tim hortons history!!! She made my coffee so well that she made me realize that All other tim hortons have been doing it WRONG!!!! HATS OFF to this location!!! Very pleasant experience!!!!

Both Tim Hortons and the city of Cornwall should be ashamed to have their names linked to it.Everything is not only old and decrepit, but dirty as well.There’s no wifi, barely a place to sit and there’s even a urinal in the lady’s room!However, I must say that the staff was super friendly and efficient.
