Regardless of what time of day you go they are almost certainly out of at least 1 thing you want to order. Also their bathrooms are in desperate need of both cleaning and repair. Saw this potential electrocution/fire hazard during my visit.The staff are nice enough although the do get frustrated when you keep ordering things they don't have, like it's somehow your fault.

There is basically nothing at this location. They have no ice so most drinks are not available or not the same . They also have about half ingredients a Tims should have. The staff was really friendly and are clearly doing the best they can with what is provided to them. That being said, they start closing at 4:30. I ordered a BLT sandwich and they told me their oven is off and they have no bacon. If they don’t have the ingredients then they should take food off of their menu. Please fix this so people can actually get food and coffee.

Ok so I got a medium double double with a caramel shot from these lovely ladies. The lady that made my drink, I wish I got her name, because it should be immortalized in tim hortons history!!! She made my coffee so well that she made me realize that All other tim hortons have been doing it WRONG!!!! HATS OFF to this location!!! Very pleasant experience!!!!

This place is discusting. Both Tim Hortons and the city of Cornwall should be ashamed to have their names linked to it.Everything is not only old and decrepit, but dirty as well.There’s no wifi, barely a place to sit and there’s even a urinal in the lady’s room!However, I must say that the staff was super friendly and efficient.

Unhappy with the long hair wrapped around my hashbrown and my sister ordered a plain bagel they gave her a sesame without asking first. Coffee is ok. Wear garnets when working with food isn't a hard thing to do! Especially with long hair!
Staff is friendly and fast but my lettuce was rotten and they hid it… so gross and had to take my whole wrap apart….

Got our usual on the way back to NS. Our dark roast tasted like watered down mud puddle. Horrible!! And the restaurant/ rest stop is in great need of a reno. Dirty bathrooms and the inside resembled an abandoned storage building. I strongly recommend to keep driving.

So we came and asked for a classic lemonade. When we get to the window the girls hands us this slushy. We explain to the girl that it's not a slushy it's made with ice. The girl and her coworker proceed to raise their voice and say they don't have ice and that's the best lemonade I'm gunna get. So we try explaining that we always get it and the girls continue to be rude so we just left with the slushy lemonade. Maybe the employees should have said at the order window they don't have that option (even tho it was on the order screen)at their location or when we got to the window and were confused they could have explained then but no they got ignorant and treated us like we were d**** Maybe workers should be educated in what they don't carry to properly explain why we can't get what we always get at every other location in our city. I will be passing this tim hortons now which I go to every day before and after work.
