First time ever being charged 10cents for a cup. Ordered my soup in a cup, but had to do it myself. They got my order wrong chicken noodle soup instead 😔 f Broccoli. No bun for soup. No butter for scone. They did correct the order.

So it turns out I left a review for the wrong store. I was trying to leave a 5 star review for the Tims at 1950 McConnell beside the gas station because of the amazing service I had before work. I would highly recommend others to try it out if you haven't already. Sorry but second st location has mabe me run late for work more than once.

They give you burnt food and get angry if you mention it, extremely rude and arrogant staff, also they don’t take 100$ bills

I just bought 2 donuts, 1 herb and garlic, and one medium dd coffee before 20 minutes. Once i get in there the lady who served me she was keep talking with her colleagues and never pay me attention. I paid for everything but she didn't give me the herb and garlic. And even she didn't mentioned that my coffee is ready. There was a coffee sitting there in other side and I was keep asking is it my coffee or not, she didn't bother to answer. Anyways I grab that coffee and came back home once I open the packet there only donuts but no herb and garlic. It was very annoying and frustrating. They should paid attention to the service specifically the employee should not come from one community, diverse people should work there.

Look this isn't specifically about this location. It's about the brand itself and all of the cost cutting measures they have taken and the employees that don't care. Why do they line the opening up with the seam so it leaks everywhere when you take a sip? Your new-ish cup lids are awful. The lids don't stay open so it's hard to drink on the go. Maybe try paying your employees more than the bare minimum so it's not such a revolving door. This franchise is a poor representation of Canada!
