Went through the drive through asked for VERY SPECIFIC changes to a wrap as I have allergies to the sauce. I told them 2 times it is an allergy. Get my wrap go to my destination and BAM... I bite into it and full of sauce... I called to complain and advise that I was now going to miss work as I need to go to hospital for the reaction. A very rude I'm sorry was given and come back and we will replace it... I go to tim hortons DAILY and I'm thinking maybe 10$ coffee at Starbucks may be a better option. Horrible Service at this location

Between the new canadians getting my order wrong at this location time and time again im not going there anymore. Also why are they so afraid to put sauce on my farmers wrap. When i pay 5 bucks for a wrap i expect it to be made properly dry digusting dog food looks better

Went here oct 11 around 9 pm and forgot to add steeped tea at the speaker. And when we get to the window and asked the cashier to add steeped tea at the window, she was so rude even she did not say anything after handing out the order. I also work at restaurant and i know how customer service works. Usually there is one lady at the window and she is always well behaved. This lady needs to work on her customer service skills.

I go to this Tim's almost every day on my way to work or going over for lunch breaks. The staff are usually quite friendly! Today, I went through drive thru to get my morning cup of coffee and Nathan absolutely cracked me up at the speaker and window! Absolutely made my morning!!! We need more people like you!! I hope this finds its way back to him he deserves the recognition! Coffee was absolutely delicious too as usual!

I got 2 ex large teas, asked for double tray because last time they fell out of the tray due to their so flimsy, wasted teas However I was told no! Are u kidding me, do you pay for the trays. He was very rude Food was gross. Woman at the window was also rude. I will never go to this Tim's again. All other tim Hortons have no problems giving me double trays. But this guy was something else. Management or higher should be looking into their staff.
