I've begun frequenting this place after my late shifts at Osmows. While the overall customer service could use some improvement, Tina Olivia has been exceptional. She not only helps us make the right choices but also informs us beforehand about the best combinations for our orders. I truly appreciate Tina's efforts. More power to you, Tina!

Touchscreens primarily the 2nd one was slow to operate, some features we selected failed to work so we ended up exiting and restarting our order, scanning our tim rewards it would not register our phone on the scanner. For the food, all 3 coffees were burnt tasting. There is very limited seating too many people just sitting talking without eating or drinking. We left once we got our order. Your staff however were good.
