I personally think this location has no business having a drive-thru considering the extreme impracticality of it. Maneuvering it in a car is still a challenge and when there's a rush and people are refusing to go to a different tims the whole intersection gets blocked.

Out of all the Tim Hortons locations in Cornwall, this one isn’t my personal favorite. While the staff are friendly and the food is prepared quickly and served hot, I find the location itself a bit challenging to visit.

The drive-thru is narrow and can feel tight to navigate, the parking lot is small and tricky to maneuver, and the indoor space is a bit cramped. That said, the food and drink options are consistently well-made with minimal wait times.

This location always seems to be busy; great for business, but it’s important to be cautious of the traffic flow in and around the lot.

They have the sign for roll up contest but they don't have any cups and scanning the QR code in the app gives nothing?? They would not give me a return. Very rude behavior from the workers and customers around me. Worst Tim Hortons to go to.

Horrible place staff didn’t even make my order right

Donuts had king black hair in jt, last time I get a Boston cream.

Since the renovations, I enjoy the concept of a walk up. However the service had been so slow I felt compelled to say something.

They're either horribly understaffed, or have absolutely no motivation to provide expedient service. Either way, not a good customer experience!

Since the new renovations, the service has been awful, 4 times this week I've dealt with waiting in line for 20 minutes just for one coffee twice, and ended up leaving without my order by the second time. The employees stand around and do nothing now that they don't have anyone standing inside waiting anymore. I live a block away and im still just going to go to east court now. Atleast they know how to do their jobs.

Quite a few bees during the summer and the iced caps have a bit of a different aftertaste, but it's a Tim's.

Parking: Not many spots to park. It's meant to be primarily a drive-thru Tim Horton's.

There's times it has gone wrong,especially towards me,when i Stood up for a first day worker trying to fill orders like crazy busy,she ended crying,so spoke up for her,i got barred from the restaurant,so now i have to walk eight blocks to get my coffee.
