I can’t believe what just happened, I went in to pick up my coffee in which I ordered from Uber… I was the only person at the cash so I decided to just get the attention of the employee to let them know that was my Uber order on the counter.
An older lady with white hair you can see us both on the cameras today… She freaks out at me and start snapping saying I don’t do Uber order…
Yo, is that how you guys do? Customer service?
100% if I was her manager, I would’ve fired her on the spot. If pouring coffee, is that stressful for you, Quit and go home. There are plenty of people in Cornwall who desperately want a job and I will definitely be back to speak with your manager if this isn’t followed up with

One of the busiest Tims in Cornwall, especially in the morning. Thou in some days its clear they could use more staff and have some wait times, the crew are very welcoming and always makes sure customers are taken care of.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and the employee was yelling at all the customers who were frustrated by the long wait. The atmosphere was tense and unprofessional. At least four customers left without their food because of the poor service.

If I could give zero stars I would, the service was terrible. 3 staff filling supplies would just look over at me and ignore me at the counter. I finally left after 15min of standing there. Worst Tim’s ever.
Disrespectful Behaviour by Supervisor NEHA Disappointing Experience
I have always had a positive experience at this location thanks to respectful staff like Mrs. Angie and senior ladies . However, I was very disappointed with how Supervisor Neha treated me recently.
I came through the drive thru and clearly told them twice on the speaker and twice again at the window
Please don’t cut the bagel and make sure it’s toasted. To me, toasted’ obviously means it should be hot not flipped upside down or barely warmed. That kind of explanation was just a frivolous argument, and the statements Neha gave felt more like excuses than solutions.( she said in English and do you understand this part of English )
Because the bagel was still cold, I walked inside and politely addressed the issue in my own language to the boy and to Neha, simply asking if it’s difficult to toast it especially as international students familiar with customer service standards. & they give ielts before taking student visa .
Neha got defensive, replied half in English and half in Punjabi, and told me not to use the word international,’ even though I said it respectfully and without any bad intent. ( very harsh tone pointing with finger )
It’s worth noting that the other colleague also an international student was very respectful throughout and did not seem convinced by what Neha was saying. He handled himself professionally.
After I got my bagel, I saw Neha standing in the corner mocking me and laughing with other ladies completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
I could have raised my voice or acted entitled as a customer, but I chose to stay calm because I’m an educated person & I believe such behaviour is beneath me.
A supervisor should focus on resolving issues not trying to win arguments or make a customer feel small. I hope management looks into this. Customers deserve respect, not ridicule.
