Went to get chilly but was none and was offered ham and cheese sandwich or bagel. But second before someone just got pizza. So I asked can I get pizza. She said no. Meanwhile from her own country just got one. Hummm night shift 12:15 am Nov 25 2024 . Normally great service in the day time. Hope management sees this and messages me back cause that's crazy.

I ordered a dark roast coffee with two sugars, one almond milk, and a shot of vanilla, but it was super cold. I called the store to let them know it wasn’t made correctly, or perhaps the dark roast wasn’t fresh. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the employee kept insisting it was made correctly. I offered to bring the cup back to show her, but she still said they couldn’t do anything about it and didn’t even offer a replacement. She said that was the only dark roast they had. It’s frustrating when they hire employees with such poor customer service.

every morning I love getting my morning coffee, especially when don or John is on (unsure which name is correct) but wears glasses and is overall just the greatest guy. Amazing service from him every time and always so positive. Makes my day!! Deserves a pay rise

October 12 2024 at 3h12. 2 kids serving the drive thrue and after the 4th car the young guy decided to take my order. In the mean time 2 older woman are chatting in the back. Smiling is probably to expensive! There was 8 donuts left and some muffins!
The worst are the woman's washroom. Last May when I left my review about that restaurant and the dirty bathroom, they argue with me that is because they are old! They also told me to let them know when it's the case, wich I did today. One of the lady started again about the fact they are old! I did took pictures !

I went to this tim Horton , Tatyana served me. She was such a sweet and kind person. I am vegetarian and was looking to eat a vegetarian breakfast. Most places when I asked I get very rude response. But here in Tim Horton Tatyana was very kind and told me I can make my own veggie wrap and made a vegetarian wrap for me . I loved the wrap and her service . Thankyou so much . Tim Horton needs to hire more people like her

I placed order for pizza with light base sauce guess what supervisor was making my order as per rude order taker. I think that supervisor lady need some training how to make food and the order taker boy need training also. Pizza came with extra base sauce, I complained they started laughing in front of my friends and said this is our light sauce. I am going to post on instagram also so that everyone will know about this place. One more thing i noticed that someone is replying to reviews may be the manager, I suggest you to not reply but give training to the employees so we can see some improvements.
