I originally went for timbits and chocolate chunk cookies, but the lady asked if I wanted a holiday smile cookie. I said I wouldn't eat it but I would take one and give it to my child.
What a disappointment that was! A broken, overdone cookie with no smile !? And it kind of defeats the purpose of making someone smile.

“Unfortunately, the meal was disappointing. It didn’t taste fresh and the quality wasn’t what I expected.”Just gave the wrap with rice n cabbage no meat in there!

Went there today. No customer service. The people there just look at me waiting to order. When I decide to walk out they finally seemed interested as I was walking out. I said you guys look too busy to bother with me I’ll go somewhere else. Terrible place.

This store has quickly gone from one of the best in town, to one of the worst. I order a specific drink. I have done so at this store everyday for a year now. Lately, food is coming cold, or uncooked. Instructions aren’t being relayed or are being ignored completely, and just today when I asked the woman who made my drink if it was made as I ordered it, she lied to me.

I watched her put 4 pumps of syrup into my drink, and then when I asked her if it was just one pump, she blatantly lied. I took a sip, WAYY too much flavour shot.

I won’t tolerate being lied to. Soon, I’ll be going to another store for my daily.

I had to go badly that day. So I made a quick stop at Tims, thinking it would be nothing more than a brief detour. But what awaited me inside was something far darker than I could have ever imagined.

The moment I pushed open the door to the washroom, a foul, suffocating odor clawed its way into my lungs. At first, I brushed it off—after all, this wasn’t the kind of place you’d expect roses and lavender. But as I stepped closer to the stalls, unease began to gnaw at me.

For a fleeting moment, I considered turning back. “I can just drive home,” I thought. “It’s only fifteen minutes, then I’ll take the 401.” But I was running late. I had no time. Against my better judgment, I pressed forward.

And then… I saw it.

Sitting there. Motionless. Staring back at me with a presence so unnatural, so revolting, I felt my stomach twist. It didn’t speak. It didn’t move. Yet somehow—it lived. In all my twenty-seven years, I had never encountered such a thing. It was monstrous, grotesque… nearly the length of a footlong sub.

I tried to fight it. I flushed once. Twice. Ten times. Again and again, but it refused to surrender. With each pull of the handle, it mocked me, clinging stubbornly to existence, defying the laws of nature. The sound of the pipes groaning, the water swirling, only fed my terror. My strength left me. My vision blurred.

I collapsed.

From what I later learned, a customer discovered me lying unconscious on the floor. They called 911. I was rushed to the hospital, fever burning, blood pressure spiking dangerously high. I missed work that day. Then the next. An entire week stolen by sickness brought on by that encounter.

It has been four years since that day, but the memory haunts me still. Sometimes, in the dead of night, I wake screaming, my throat raw, my roommate shaking me from my nightmares as I cry out— “It won’t flush! It won’t flush!”

What chills me to the bone, even now, is not just its size, nor its persistence… but the truth I could not ignore:

It wasn’t fresh.
It had been there for days.
Waiting.

Travelling on a long weekend, the highway Enroute rest stops were crazy busy with hour long line ups and parking madness. We stopped at this Tims just off the highway for some great food and no long lines. The facility was clean and quiet and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!

Subject: Disrespectful Experience at the Drive-Thru Counter

Hi there,

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had today at your drive-thru. I’ve been a regular customer at this location, visiting almost every other day for the past year, and usually, the service is great. Unfortunately, today was not one of those days.

I simply asked for an Everything Croissant, which I know you’ve had before. The lady at the counter kept saying “What?” multiple times in a very dismissive and rude tone. When I was told the item wasn’t available, I understood and proceeded to change my coffee order (a medium) to a steeped tea. Her reaction was again unnecessarily rude — she responded with an exaggerated “Oh my goddddd” as if a small change in the order was a huge burden. The whole exchange made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

It honestly felt like basic courtesy was missing. I don’t know why this happened — whether it’s because of my accent, my background, or something else — but I do my best to communicate clearly and respectfully, and I expect the same in return. I’m a paying customer, not a problem to be dealt with.

To the manager reading this: please look into this. Most of your staff are respectful and friendly, but experiences like this one can be discouraging. We’re all human, and kindness goes a long way — especially in customer service.

God sees everything, and I believe in treating people right no matter what. I hope steps are taken to ensure no one else has to feel the way I did today.

Thank you.

I recently visited this tim hortons and was quite disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional food was just thrown at us without a word, and there was no basic courtesy. I strongly suggest that management either provide proper training to improve the staff’s customer service skills or consider hiring individuals who are better suited to working with the public. A little kindness and communication can go a long way in creating a welcoming environment.
