Food was quick and hot, and the lady behind the counter was really friendly and had good customer service. She had bird tattoos on her neck, but I didn't catch her name. Either way, thank you for the good service! I'll definitely be back there soon.

Only 3 seats are ok comfortable - the rest are mostly hard chairs .

The customer service was horrible the person at the cash was fine but the person who handed our order she asked us if we still wanted what we ordered and the when she gave it to us she slammed it down on the counter and swore at us under her breath.

I was surprised by this Tim Hortons, staff said HELLO, store was clean, food was decent. What should be the normal is now an extreme rarity, I came close to closing I will update my review was I experience this location more.

They had a full team today ready to handle the rush. The line moved quickly, the cashier who served us, Cass was very friendly and upbeat. She made the transaction memorable. The food was well cooked, hot and the pumpkin spice ice caps were delicious. While we waited for our food I noticed how well the team worked together, very efficient, everything running smoothly and our food didn't take long to be handed over.

there is nothing there. No clothing stores that are good seriously needs an old navy ,H&M la vie en rose and new York fries needs to be brought back

Around 5pm today was faced with the most combative attitude by Mimi when I said “i ordered a drink as well” as I saw a customer ahead of me get their drinks. Which is fine except I thought she forgot mine.
She told me in the most condescending tone “YOUR MILK IS STEAMING” I said that’s ok I was only asking but and you don’t need to use such a tone when speaking to a costumer. She then shouted “ do you want to speak to a manager!?” I said no I can speak to you. She escalated things way too quickly, went to the phone to call security on me. I walked away feeling shook and poorly treated.
Tim Hortons please train your people better. If I ask a question, I am merely hoping my drink wasn’t forgotten.
Not coming back to this location.
