Long wait for food and it was not busy. Food was fine, they almost got the order right. Anytime I customize a burger it is rarely correct anywhere. The potato was the smallest I have ever seen and I worked at Wendy's for years.

They have great choices and they even have kids meals with choices as well. Sides baked patotoes, fries, salad, and chili, and maybe poutine. They are friendly and if you dine i you get a sample of their frosties.

I love this place sooo much! They never ever got my order wrong! The baconator OMG!! The only thing negative I can say is that they should have a Wendy's in Gatineau!! ? The staff is friendly too! I always stop by whenever I head down to Bayshore for shopping! I am without a doubt Wendy's biggest fan! ?

Went in and all was ordered was 1 lemonade. Waited 10 minutes just for them to begin making it at the 10 minute mark. Absolutely ridiculous. Too busy talking with and preparing their off shift coworkers order. It’s infuriating to wait 10 minutes for a simple drink. Could not get the attention of the employees as they were too busy talking. Seriously do better. It was a drink. 1 drink.Tried calling 2x after getting to car to speak with management about the poor experience, but phone wasn’t answered. Which is why you’re getting my review.

I really like their food, but the last time I went my BBQ Bacon burger had no bacon. Really enjoyed the burger, unfortunately didn't realize there was no bagon until I was nearly finished. Almost always an enjoyable place to sit and eat. Love their new drink dispenser.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking conveniently located right in front of the door.
