Bistro 238 is a lovely place for lunch, treats, and takeout. Chef Simon's amazing food and the friendly staff like Mary make the experience top-notch. Despite a power outage canceling a dinner reservation, the grab and go dinner with a greek salad, braised chicken and rice, and butter tarts impressed. However, there were complaints about poor customer service and a rude attitude from the server. The seating arrangements were also questioned, leaving the reviewer hopeful for a better experience next time.
