Just came home with my Dickey’s BBQ order. Live in Courtice and thought we would try this new restaurant. Very, very disappointing. NOT a good first impression. I physically went to the store on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 5:19 pm. I placed an order for 12 wings and a Chicken Caesar Salad. $32 and change was the total cost. It was $13.99 for just the Chicken Caesar salad alone. I got home and the salad was MISSING the Chicken !!! So a pretty expensive and sad...read full review

Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Courtice offers fantastic and delicious food with lots of flavour, including amazing smokey flavoured chicken wings, tender lamb chops, and a signature homemade style chicken kebab. The meat is the best, juiciest, and most tender, clearly slow-smoked to perfection. Dishes like the chicken sandwich, pasta plate, chicken plate, garlic bread, and sides are all fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere has a subtle smokey smell. The staff are very friendly, nice, and welcoming, providing outstanding and amazing service. It is a great spot for fantastic Texas-style barbecue, highly recommended for family dinner or pickup.
