Was craving coconut cream pie, drove to Court land and got the last one! Couldn't wait to taste it. Sorry! disappointed, crust was great pie very tasty and creamy however not much flavour. Just tasted like a cream pie and not coconut. Please consider more coconut flavour and possibly adding coconut. Thank you

Never a disappointment in this establishment. Always fresh baked goodies galore. A bit of a deli for meats and cheeses, great to put on a bun which are also available. Limited seating, but comfy cozy, worth stopping in anytime you are nearby.
