The cake slices are generous and absolutely delicious. The menu is varied and everything was delicious. Great fries, and the side veggies are cooked to perfection.
Buffet was amazing. Pitboss Sean selling premium bbq for a great price.

What a hidden gem!
My family was driving through the small town of Courtland on our way home and this place triggered my memory regarding the name. I remember everyone on a facebook food group raving about it and decided to stop in for lunch. Unfortunately we arrived just as it was closing and told employee we can come back another time. She invited us in, and to our surprise, invited us to have a seat and a meal. What?! Who does that these days?Any other place would have locked the door and be done.
I can't emphasize enough how delicious the food is here. They have everything that any picky eater would want. And that dessert....Wow. I want to thank you so much for the friendly attitude you displayed and everything you offered my family. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I went to the Sunday morning Mothers' Day brunch. It was very cramped and expensive. The serving area is a tiny alcove large enough for about 5 people, with other areas outside and in hallways. At no time did the server tell us where to find anything. The food was OK, but not worth the cost. $33 per person, that's with the seniors' discount and an additional $4.00 because I ordered orange juice, not coffee. Our bill was $81. In our opinion, the restaurant is just not conducive for a buffet. Avoid being sat near the doors. We froze

Small but great to go to diner. We came for the buffet and left full! Smoked beef and pork were delicious as well as the eggs Benny and desserts among the other items. I liked the fish tartar sauce too. It’s cash only the time we were there, so come prepared or use the ATM inside.

Awesome people, make you feel like home. Everything homemade and delicious. Quality of higher end buffets with county charm. Treats seniors well in pricing discount.
Love it, and Vivian greets you with fresh out of oven baking. Sweet (no pun intended).

Vivian’s Country Cookin’ is truly a hidden gem. Their Sunday brunch is absolutely amazing—everything tastes fresh, comforting, and made with care. The smoked meat, served by Shawn, was hands down the best—perfectly cooked and full of flavor thanks to the talented chef (who we didn’t get to meet). I wish I could give this place 100/5 stars .
What really makes the experience special is the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Vivian herself is incredibly kind—she even sent me home with a slice of her freshly baked cake to try, free of charge. Her pastry and baking skills is unmatchable. It’s that personal touch that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Went for Valentine’s special menu, had the steak/shrimp for both of us. No shrimp was with the meal. ‘Choice of potato?’ We were offered mashed or rice. Ordered a 9oz glass of wine and got a 6oz. Steak didn’t resemble a NY strip loin I’ve ever had, maybe 1/2” thick and grisly and lots of fat. The chocolate cake was the best part. Sorry folks, won’t be back.
