By not closing while we waited in line. I walked up with my wife and 5 year old son at 1545 hrs to get some ice cream and the 1 employee said angrily " I'm closing so I can have a break" and said I will serve this last guy because he was here waiting in line. I then asked "so we are cut off" to which I got no reply. Good job Chill shack, deny a five year old ice cream. We went to Jazzy scoops in Stevensville and will no longer go to this place!
